Found a vehicle listed on their website for $12,900. Two of my family members, and I were all looking at the same listing from different phones and discussing the purchase for my daughter. Very interested, I called the dealership asking questions and discussing coming out there within the next 2 hours to purchase it. An hour later, the price magically changed on the website to $16,000. All of us were completely dumbfounded as to how this would happen. I contacted the sales person immediately Even though I was getting in the car, heading to the dealership, He told me he had no idea that would happen….Clearly a lie.
I then spoke to the sales manager, 30 min later, And he told me that less than 24 hours before their computer system glitch magically changed all the prices on the vehicles they had and they were in a “panic” (Even though the previous sales guy told me he had no idea HOW the price was different, and clearly lied to me!) , but that they had all been fixed and he had no idea how they “missed” one. He then told me the best he could do was $1000 off the listed price which was actually higher than the price that even was listed now on the website!!!
I have never heard of a bait and switch so ridiculous in my life. I’m really glad that I did not wind up driving the 1 hour and 40 minutes to the dealer to buy it because it would have completely wasted my time.
You guys should honestly be ashamed of yourselves…. Shady shady shady… Way to realize your mistake and then get on Change it Realized it was priced wrong and someone was inquiring… We will never purchase a vehicle from your dealerships

This place was horrible for my service needs I took my vehicle there to get my multiair replaced they told me it was a 2500 dollar part but using their part number it was only a 1500 dollar part so 1000 markup on top of that and not having my vehicle for a month they gave me a used loaner which had issues with the lights flickering after returning the loaner to get my vehicle back they gave me my vehicle back with a broken exhaust that was not broken when I brought it in. They then refused to fix the damage they cost. Never going here again

I bought my jeep from them in June of 2023. A little over a year later it’s corroded. I called for service, they told me “it has to have a hole” to be fixed. I know this to be completely false as my jeep was a lease buyout from another dealer and it has already been fixed once. It’s been 2 weeks, can’t even get a call back since the initial call to request service (I’ve called the GM and left a message). Nothing, crickets.
I love how they post “please call us” to the negative comments left. Um, ive called multiple times and can’t even get someone on the phone to talk to. Laughable.
Anyone can sell you a car, who will help you if there’s a problem? And how hard will they make it??
I called Alma Ford (a dealer I’ve never bought from or even thought about buying from). They opened their shop on Saturday (the shop isn’t even open on Saturday) to take pics and make a claim. Before noon on the following Monday, they called to say the claim is approved and they’re ordering parts. Their service is OUTSTANDING.
My next vehicle will come from Alma Ford. Yours should too.
Ed Koehn, you will never see another penny from me….

I bought a 2015 Ram Eco diesel from here. Shortly after I bought the truck it started acting up. It spent roughly 6 months off and on at the dealership. They would call and say it was fixed. I would go get it and about a week or 2 later it would have to go back. It got to the point I asked them to take it back. I was told they wouldn't do. Shortly after the check engine light came on. I took it back. It sat there waiting for parts. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I show up to see it being towed in by another pickup truck. The high pressure fuel pump imploded. Not to mention the technician had an apprentice license so he would have to have a certified tech working with him on it. The certified tech was not on any paperwork and was never touched the truck. I asked them to have the truck towed to Fox CDJR. After sitting there for a few weeks, the truck was up and running again. Supply line was hooked up wrong. The diesel fuel smelled like gasoline. Basically FOX has to redo the entire recall. I talked to Ed Koehn, he pawned me off on LJ who told me they wouldn't buy the truck back. A couple months later Matt became the GM. I talked to Matt and he said he would find something that we would not be anymore upside down on them we were in the first place. My wife has the whole conversation recorded. Because of depreciation they are not going to honor the deal. Then he said that when he gets the right vehicle he will let me know. It has been months and I have not heard anything from them. Buyers beware. Prior to this truck I have not had a bad experience with them. Anyone I know will not buy another vehicle from here. It has become shady. We just had our one year anniversary with the truck and out of the year we have owned it, it has been in a shop for 8 months.

I had scheduled my Jeep lease for service to be looked at for a very obvious clicking noise any time you turn the steering wheel to the left or to the right, at all speeds including when in park. It's still under warranty.
The appointment was for 10 am and I had my girlfriend bring in the vehicle. Around noon I had called to make sure they knew the issue clearly to address and they informed me they would let me know what they found.
At 4pm they decided to pull the vehicle out and stated they couldn't replicate the issue that isn't intermittent and very prevalent at all times.
After trying to sell my girlfriend a new tail light to which she declined, they noticed the initial issue when backing it out to give her the keys and likely only heard it then because she was right there hearing it too and couldn't ignore it.
They decided to pull it back in to look at it again (likely for the first time as it is so pronounced). I had to call them multiple times to get an answer and when asked to speak to a manager I was informed he just quit today and I could only talk to a service writer and no one else.
I left a voicemail for the GM and never received a call back. They now think it's a wheel bearing making the clicking sound and set an appointment up for Monday to replace a part that isn't the issue. After leaving the dealership and making it to industrial drive, the low tire pressure came on and before it could make it back there was a blowout.
Not only wasted an entire day getting nowhere with no communication but now also have to have another shop replace a tire so I can bring it back to Ed Koehn for them to throw parts at it.
I'll leave this as one star so when the replaced wheel bearing on Monday doesn't fix the issue, I won't have to leave another 1 star review.

Service department trying to shirk their responsibility in upholding the corrosion warranty with my Chrysler Pacifica. They tried telling me there has a to be a rust hole you can shine a light thru for it to be covered…these Pacificas have aluminum hoods! They don’t rust! There’s a known issue with the paint and the aluminum hoods that cause bubbling of the paint, there’s a 5 year warranty as a result of this known issue. They must think that because I’m a woman, they can get away with that explanation as to why they don’t want to do warranty work. I won’t go here again.
Also want to add that when I had my complimentary free oil change there for purchasing my van from them, they didn’t place my air intake back in my van correctly and it was causing a weird noise. I brought my van back to them and they couldn’t figure it out. Brought my van home and my husband looked at my van and figured out they had the intake in wrong. This place can’t even do a simple oil change! Just beware!

Paid $1400 for a part at the end of april, that was supposed to be here mid may. Went in 5/30/24, and they lost the tracking, have no idea where it is. So my vehicle still sits. Part had to be special ordered, because ecm needed to be programmed to my vin number. All got was a " these things happen" !!

If you want to be lied to and sold a car with an air bag deployed and undisclosed to you this is the place to go.

ZERO STARS!!!! I'm deeply disappointed with this dealership for their failure to refund my $500 deposit for a truck I chose not to purchase. Despite their promises, months have passed, and I'm left empty-handed and frustrated. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I caution anyone considering doing business with them.

Service & sales are fantastic. Their whole team is very professional. Took my truck in for an exhaust issue and they worked great with my warranty company to get the work done as fast as they could despite me being 40min away from their store. If you need work done I highly recommend Tyler and the techs at Ed Koehn. Hands down.

I bought my Jeep from this dealership in 2020, and I have been going to them ever since for routine oil changes, tire rotations, etc. During my last oil change, they discovered an antifreeze leak from my radiator.
Today, they replaced my radiator, before the leak could become a much bigger problem.
They did a good, timely, job, and we paid the exact estimate they gave us.
I will continue to go back to them as all their staff is extremely friendly and competent.
I feel comfortable that they know exactly how to keep my vehicle running in optimum condition.

Salesman got rude with my wife, left two messages for the sales manager and never received a call back.
