I have never owned a home that required Propane for heat or fuel and the folks at Crystal Flash have been nothing but helpful. Dan did the initial inspection prior to my first tank and explained everything he was doing. I had so so many questions and he was able to answer all of them.
I called the ladies in the office and they were wonderful, helpful, and a joy to work with.

Used to be a great company when it was family owned. Ran by a CEO from Campbells soup without a clue now...lol. Just another big money hungry business only concerned with taking your money now sadly. Sometimes progress means not changing.

It's always nice to be able to reach the Greenville office of Crystal Flash, but a lot of times their phones are forwarded over to the GR location with long hold times. Sue in the Greenville branch is an excellent customer service employee - friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. More people like her please!
