I actually broke down in front of their shop and the guy who helped us and gave us a ride to Belle Tire to get a new tire and also gave me a ride to my appointment and pick me up and brought me back to the shop all while working on my car was also the owner of the shop Mr Blake Hollenbeck which I am ever so grateful for he made sure my daughters & I were safe and well took care of and I'm very appreciative of it, definitely five ? ????

I will never take my car anywhere else! I’m a college student and my car started smoking on my drive home, I got it towed there and within less than 24 hours it was fixed and they fully explained what had happened. I am so so so grateful!!

Bought a ecosport from them a few months ago..went back couple weeks after buying and I said it's not shifting right..they came day or so later to my work picked it up changed transmission fluid and things and had it back before I got out..couple days later I called them back said it's still not shifting right..they test drove it and said needs new transmission and though was past warranty they said they would fully cover it..and they did 100% it's now shifting great..thank you all again

Pathetic customer service the fat old man assumed because I was so young I didn't have any money to put down so he wouldn't even try to help me find a vehicle... whatever I went to ed koehn and they were much more helpful and found me a nice 2020 Ford nice job hollenbeck on loosing out on 20k lol
