The first thing you need to know is that this is NOT an actual Verizon store. Beyond that, the people working here don't know what they're doing, and can't actually help you. 3 people working, all occupied...an hour later, still occupied (with the same customers), still havent resolved anyone's issue(s), still haven't acknowledged my presence. Save yourself the headache and just head to the Gaylord location. In and out in 5 minutes. Glad I could help!

I was in the Grayling store yesterday. There was one young women working. She was with another customer, but did not bother to greet me or acknowledge my presence. I waited 10 minutes while she visited with the other customer about her boyfriend and every other subject besides phones. I finally left and she still never acknowledged my presence. I will never go back to that store. Very poorly trained in customer service.

Went in to have my phone updated due to a system error shutting it down and the guy working would not verify my business account even though I own the business, had my photo ID and my business password. Sent me to the Gaylord store and told ne they were open until 8pm, I arrived at 7:03pm and that store closed at 7:00pm!!!!

They were pretty busy when I went in, but they were taking care of and acknowledging everyone that came through the door as timely as possible. Even helping multiple customers at once through different steps so it would be quicker when they actually were able to sit down with that person and help them through whatever they needed!! Big shout out to Brandon for making my day as easy as possible!

Edward did a great job upgrading my phone and services. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had and thoroughly explained exactly what I would expect with an upgrade.

Brandon was absolutely wonderful. He helped and did all he could while I was getting a new phone. The inventory was horrible and I couldn't even order the phone I wanted bcuz it was back ordered and too far out. Every phone I wanted they didn't have in stock. I would suggest calling before you go in to see if what you want is there.I have to say again how stellar Brandon is. He went above and beyond.

Was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Got way better service than I did at the Verizon store in Gaylord. I will most likely be using Russell Verizon from here on and would recommend anyone to them!

Jake was such a huge help! He made sure we were taken care of 100%. He even stayed later just to make sure we were taken care of. Me and my husband had a hard time with past phone companies and even switching to Verizon was alittle rough (went through Walmart so that was our mistake). He made sure to take his time to know and assure us everything was taken care of and nothing surprising would happen! With all the troubles we have had, Jake made getting the new iPhone 12 a quick and easy process.
