This place was a total waste of money! Got the $7 basic wash and it left streaks on both sides of my car. It didn't even get the back window slightly clean! I had to go to another self serve auto wash to finish the job (wasn't giving this place any more money)Save your money, I do NOT recommend this place!

Went through the automatic car wash, my husband paid $2 more for “hot water”. I told him he would owe my $5 if the water wasn’t hot. Sure enough with each passing the water was still freezing. I put my window down to feel for myself. Talk about selling add ons that don’t exist. To think the most expensive “bundle” was almost $60!?!?! For water and soap???!!! Blows my mind.Not to mention the dirt in the rims were still absolutely gross that we had to drive into the bay and spray them off manually along with dirt on the bottom of the doors. Used to love this car wash. So sad that it’s gone downhill.

This thing got stuff off my vehicle that I didn't expect to come off without at least being scrubbed first. We need one in Houghton Lake
