After calling 6 well companies nobody could get to my place in a reasonable time .I went to milan supply they walked me threw replacing my drop pipe and installing a new ejector in the well .They took the time to explain in detail.

I ordered (6) sections of 1 1/4" galvenized well pipe, (5) couplings and a sand well point. The pipe came with (2) couplings threaded on the ends.Assuming these were sacrificial couplings, I used one to drive the well point and first section of pipe. By hand, mind you, I'm not using any machinery. The coupling mushroomed down the pipe until it was flush with the pipe itself, the pipe crushed and the threads were nearly toast. The coupling had to be cut off.Fortunately, I was able to thread one of the heavier duty couplings that I bought onto the mangled threads so I figured I'd try and drive a second section using another of the (5) couplings I bought. What choice did I have? I wasn't pulling the well point back out of the ground at this point...The second coupling choked the pipe down and mangled the threads. Again. So badly that even though I'd hit water by this point (shallow water table) I wasn't able to attach the pump to the pipe now 14ft in the ground.I called the company and left a voice mail expressing these issues and requested someone call me back to remedy this issue since I was out nearly $700. I haven't heard a peep. This was supposed to be American made pipe and I went 0/4 with every piece supplied by Milan.I will never return here and will recommend everyone I know go elsewhere.

I do not own a big company that buys wholesale items from this company. I am just a single person that was putting in a drain field. I called here with some questions about bio diffusers.(infiltrator pipe). Not only were they extremely helpful they gave me a great price on the products that I was looking to find. When I went to the Grayling MI location I was met by a friendly associate who gladly spent almost an hour answering my questions and drawing diagrams of what he was explaining. This place is top notch and second to none. It is off the beaten path a little but well worth the drive for me. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Milan supply for all of your septic, and well needs.
