They have great customer service. The prices are reasonable. The first set of furniture I bought from there lasted 20 years. I just purchased new furniture and the quality holds true. I buy all of our mattresses there as well. Shout out to the delivery guys too.

I think these guys are pretty good. The sales people are awesome and the selection seems pretty good. Going to buy a futon and there were none! But we did end up leaving with a mattress and the table. In between grawn and interlocking on US 31

My sister, cousin, and my husband each bought a recliner and within a year two of the recliners broke. The recliner we purchased the material ripped and looked faded. We do not own cats. The small tables we bought have held out nicely.

We recently decided to try this local business when buying a new mattress. Sadly, we neglected to ask their return policy specific to mattresses, which is apparently different than other products they carry. After sleeping on the mattress for five nights and waking to stiff backs each morning, we visited the store for help only to receive none. We’ve never had this situation before and yes, we tested the mattress in the store. It makes us wonder if the wrong one was delivered to us. Disappointing that no help was offered whatsoever.

Pomeroy has a great selection, and an attached Warehouse, so it's bigger than it looks from the road. Very helpful. Super informative salespersons.

Do not stand behind the product they carry. Had a "plush" bed delivered 4 days ago and it is hard as a rock. Beware no returns on beds no offer for any compensation or offer for exchange. I will not be buying anymore furniture for this store. 3000 dollars in 4 years and this is how you get treated. I do not recommend buying from here.
