The staff there is extremely nice. However…..they will charge for things you didn’t approve up front. Also, I know that labor pricing is what is, but their mark up on parts and material is outrageous. Took my truck in for an oil change and for a diagnostic of a couple issues I was experiencing. They completed the oil change, again their markup took me by surprise. The other issues I asked them to look into came to no conclusions within reason for what I paid. And I noticed that this owner likes to respond to reviews. I’m not saying you all did nothing, just a little silly to pay what I did for essentially an oil change. My only recommendation is if you take something here, request quotes before they do the work. Ask for complete transparency. Lesson learned for me.

Bad business practices I will definitely be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and other resources the guy that works in the front is completely rude unprofessional an untrustworthy the guys that work in the back are great people I would say the same thing about the owner but if you allow customers to receive this type of treatment you are just like the employee that you hired. Please know if the guy in the front is not feeling in the best mood you're going to find out about it or your things might not be worked on.

Paul really went over and above to help us get our DEF replaced while we were on the road with our Rv. Called on Friday and had a appointment Tuesday morning and back on the road by noon.

Pretty darn good for most things for up north small town Traverse City. Only place in town for older Class A. Some items you'll still need to go to Northern IN or Southern MI

Awesome service! I traveled from Texas for a mountain bike race and the day before the retractable bed in my Sprinter van RV wouldn't move into place, i. e. risk of no sleep before big race. Three other shops would not even look at it but they did. It was a blown fuse and they had me in and out in an hour. I got my sleep and finished my first 100 mile mountain bike race. Everyone at the shop was courteous and super helpful. Thanks you so much - Sean

I brought my class a coachman in for a simple repair when I picked up my camper my wife followed me home then telling me that my brake light was not working I went to inspect and the damage was there I drove 4 miles home with my wife following me brought the rv back they refused to admit they did the damage saying I did it bull s)$&:;t this is not my first rodeo they reviewed the lot videos and stated I left with out damage but they would not show the videos they would not stand up to the damage which is not terrible maybe 800$ never again take pictures before you bring in your rv I will never use this shop again read there reviews bad bad badService: Body & Trim

My R/V broke down in Traverse City. I spent some time calling tow companies, was told several times,unprompted, that this was the place to repair my vehicle. I was very happy with the work they performed and have no reservations recommending them.

The rear suspension air bags in our motor home failed us. The folks at Freightliner could not see us for 3 weeks but referred us to Just Trucks. We spoke to Rochelle who readily offered to get us in after a tow. Turns out that tow was not available until Saturday and she offered us a spot in the lot with electric service! We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and by noon Monday they had us safely on the road again. We bought our coach in Florida, and they went the extra mile anyway. If I was in the market for a camper or coach in Traverse City I would not buy anywhere else. If you are in the market keep that in mind! Had a odd noise in our class B camper van while travelling and needed to have it investigated. Showed up without notice and within an hour we were on our way again satisfied it was nothing serious to cause trouble later on our travels. They took care of us promptly and professionally. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. And at a reasonable price.
