“Sometimes around the holidays if you call people are so frustrated and customer service that they’re not kind and don’t want to give you information or stay on the phone too long yesterday which would’ve been December 14. I called the gas station and the young man on the phone was very kind. I asked him a question. Can you use a Meijer gift card that was gifted to me For Christmas at the gas station for gas and he explained exactly how to do it and how to use it and for that I was grateful and he was just so kind and sweet. It’s rare these days.”

“If Roy's doesn't have it, you don't need it! From food to Minwax to nuts and screws, they have it all. They are open from 7 am-11-15 pm 7 days a week so if you're in Traverse City you can heart what you need at almost anytime. I have them 4 stars because they didn't have an iPhone holder for my husband but they actually put that on a list of things they need to get! It's an experience and it a gas station too!!”

“Visiting from Arizona, and having problems with my tires. Since I bought them at Sam's, I stopped here in Traverse City and had the pleasure of dealing with Bucky (nee Steve) in the service center. A truly nice man. He checked all my tires, added air to one or two and even got a new cap for one. Sent me on my way. Smiling the whole time. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask at this Sam's”
