Lived quite a lot of places when I served in the Navy. Overall, not a great experience with Cherryland. I would change providers if I could. Preferred Consumers to them a lot more.

I have lived several places in northern Michigan within my lifetime. Cherryland power has been the best service we’ve ever had, hands-down I can only think of one brief time that power was interrupted, but their communication was so great through the whole thing. My neighbors echo the same sentiments.

I have enjoyed some of Cherryland Electric features and efficiencies. I have had customer service representatives that I found to be very rude and abrasive.
