Tried to give them some feedback on the fact that their slushie is labeled incorrectly and was dismissed and told me i was wrong. They did nothing to fix it. I went out and Sat in my car for a few minutes to eat on my lunch. Decided i would go back in to get the other flavor. This time the manager was at the counter, so I figured I would bring it up to her. So i walked in with my trash slush, threw it away right in front of the cashier and manager, went and got the other flavor and came back to the counter. I then told the manager and was again dismissed and literally ignored by the manager and had to pay for another slush even tho I couldnt drink the first one because it was a flavor i really dont like (trust me i tried) Will not be back after this type of treatment.

My only request is that if the car wash is not located in the same facility when you’re making a purchase on the pump, then please be courteous to leave that information as an instruction on the gas station in Palm. I am a disabled user, and I had to enter the facility after driving around the building twice to look for the car wash. To be shared by two of the tenants that the car wash is actually down the corner past the light. Course I wanted a refund and they asked to keep my receipt which had my personal information on it. Again, is it worth , a Eight in Dollar Spends, have this much energy wasted.

I always stop here when visiting family in Grass Lake. They have you covered from fuel to snacks. They also have some cold beer which is one reason I always stop there! Staff are friendly and very capable of getting you in and out.
