Thru pressured me to get a few things and cost me a lot of money and the stuff didn't work.

Went to the store to buy a vape cartridges the girl showed me one It was marked 14.99 so I decided to buy it. When I got home I noticed they charged me 22 so I went back to the store And ask about a refund of the difference. The manager laughed at me, I said it's not right. It's marked one price, but then you charge more at check out. He replied that's what we do other customers have complained we don't care We know what the laws are and what we can do. If You don't like it call the corporate office. So I emailed the corporate office. But never heard back from them. So with a little research I discovered I can take them to small claims for $250 and $300 in legal fees.. And there's a couple departments in the state that they can be reported to for doing this. Makes me wonder how long they've been doing this since. He told me that they've had other customers. Complain about the same thing. So they are knowingly charging more than the sticker price for the items. And not letting you know sounds illegal. Update 10 13.23. They offered me some points and then never put them on my account. Oh and there is no corporate number to call . So the Manger lie when he told me to call the corporate office.

Very nice and knowledgeable people. I wish they were closer to my area because it's a 50 mile round trip drive. Some items are a bit overpriced.

New management. I did not find what I wanted there. I was overcharged last time I was here. Probably not going back. Drive over to Grant or Big Rapids or Muskegon, and you'll get a better deal.
