I went In for an oil change, and what I thought was an easy lightbulb change. I also had a backordered part that they checked into for me and they were over the top accommodating. We weren’t able to get all the work done in one day, so they were happy to schedule the very next morning to finish the work. I wasn’t treated like an annoyance or like I was bothering them like I’ve had in the past.

You guys always do good work on my vehicle, very trustworthy. I can always count on you guys versus the smaller shops.I just wish that I could get my car in sooner with you guys it always seems to be like 2 weeks out or at least loan me a vehicle please. That's why I gave it a 4 rating instead of a 5.

Ooooo MeeeeeeN! This guy know his job veeeeeery well - Jake Lancaster!We pass by the shop, just want to check prices of Jeep, and in 2 hour we was in our new Jeep Gladiator.We do had experience about service too, this people really care about customer service! Highly recommend! Will be back for more cars in a near future.

The service was great. They had updates for me at all times and were courteous. They have a nice waiting area with beverages and snacks which helps a lot. The oil change was quick and when I had work done on my car they explained what was happening when it was happening. Could not be happier.

I had to have some warranty work done on my vehicle and Zeigler provided transportation both to and from my work. When I picked up my vehicle, they were just finishing up with the wash and drying of my car. Derek was very courteous and considerate of my time and was wonderful to work with.

Went in for a quick oil change. Alivia immediately greeted me and was very kind and courteous. The managing tech then went through their entire inspection and even received a discount. I appreciated their care for me as a person rather than just a customer.

Zeigler was the only Jeep dealership to call me back regarding my recall, and the drop off/pick up process was very smooth— so thank you a million for that.However, I dropped my vehicle off with minor low tire pressure in one wheel (which automatically alerts on my screen, with great detail) and when I picked it up it was about 7 pounds lower.I mentioned the low tire pressure to the person I left my vehicle with, but I’m assuming because the recall was covered under warranty, they weren't going to take the extra step/effort to air up my tire.

Overall my experience had been pretty good until this last appointment. Brought it in for its mileage service. The scheduler asked me if there was any other concerns. Told her every since the low jack was put on all these lights come on even took it right back the day I got it to have that fixed. Had my car most of the morning only to tell me they can't do anything cause my battery does not have enough power and would cost me $450 to replace it before they could do anything else. Just weird to me that if this was an issue it should have been addressed when the low jack was put on and that they couldn't hook up a new battery to make sure that was the problem. Seems to me they just want to add things to your car to get more money but do not make sure everything is running properly beforehand.Service: Vehicle Inspection

A very professional dealership. The reason I was there was to purchase a new key for my 2006 Chrysler 300. From the minute I walked in the door, I was promptly greeted and taken to the area I needed to go, was promptly taken care of and am very happy with the professionalism, greetings, service. I would deal with this dealership again. No to mention they saved me close to $60. Thank you!

Dealer Service Department should not be trusted to honor any estimate for work they provide... Actual work performed has been significantly higher than written estimates.... just had a tune up performed that was quoted to me for around ~$450.00...complete.... Actual bill came to over $650!!! Only thing they did for a Hemi tune was replace spark plugs and change the oil....no engine air filter, no injector cleaning, etc...very straightforward work.... charged parts consisting of eight plugs for over $350.00... so approximately $45 per plug...labor was billed separately! I have used this dealership for many years to service my Jeep and Chrysler vehicles and lately this has become standard bait and switch process for them.... Unless you have a complicated issue including some level of diagnostics, find another source that is more value add for the same work... Charging nearly 50% more above a written estimate for standard work like a tune up is very underhanded indeed... They should be ashamed of this practice....I dropped off the car the evening prior to the appt. I was not informed by any service advisor of any change in change cost, in fact nothing was mentioned whatsoever about the cost.... I trusted Ziegler would be charging me around the estimated cost.... I had no reason to think otherwise. I was flat out taken by them....they are of course trying to backpedal and blame me for not realizing it was to cost more....not an honorable way to run a business....
