I usually only shop at Alpine but went to Grandville to pick up an item/size they were holding for me. Grandville was just helpful as Alpine. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.”

“My daughter got sick today at Macy's, she threw up three times, twice was on the carpet. She felt awful and was so embarrassed. We found an employee to tell and both of the gentleman that helped were phenomenal. I was blown away by how kind and understanding they were. Top notch, I wish I'd have gotten their names but it was just a bit stressful. However whoever you are, working today (6/10/24) around 2pm thank you so much. I’m not sure if she’s a manager here, but she does a great job of maintaining the store and making sure my shopping experience is enjoyable and easy to navigate.
