We were waiting in line, at 10:55am (online and Google said they open at 11) and an employee walked up to the door and put a sign up that said they won't open until 12. Either update your hours online or open at the time you have posted. I am not the only person who was waiting in line and all were upset.

I was at Windsor today looking for a homecoming dress and one of the workers was so rude to me. I think her name started with a p but I got an attitude and left feeling more defeated than fulfilled. I just wanted to find my perfect dress instead I felt the need to try a different store.

Finding a dress for a last minute wedding, I've never worn dresses before. Elyse was determined and stood by me on a mission to get me plenty of choices, and she definitely helped me pick the perfect one. She also gave me tips and tricks, I couldn't be more happier! I looked stunning, thanks to Elyse's help!

We were able to find a very cute dress for my daughter to wear to homecoming, HOWEVER they really need to keep an employee stationed at the dressing rooms. We waited in line for 35 minutes for a room, because a couple girls were literally trying on every dress in the store and taking so long.There's supposed to be a limit of 6 items, but they would have a friend or parent just keep bringing them more and more dress. We were in the store about an hour, and one girl was trying on dresses when we got there and still trying them on when we were checking out. She had 3 people holding stacks and stacks of dresses and going and getting more. That just shouldn't be allowed. It was obvious and yet the staff just allowed it even though they had a super long line of customers waiting for a room.

I went into the store to buy my grad dress and I found a cute shirts along the way. My checkout experience was going good, I finished paying and then the employee checking me out by the name of mikaela told me my item was not returnable, this is very frustrating because she told me after my purchase.

I have been here a few times now for dresses for my daughters dances. Some dresses are fairly expensive, some are very reasonable. Lots of changing rooms and there is even seating for those of us who are waiting for someone to find exactly what they are looking for.

I recently visited the Grandville location after not having been there for a year or so and was pleasantly surprised by how much better the store looked! Jenelle was extremely helpful and knew exactly what dress styles would look best on me. I really appreciated her honesty and fabulous tips! Will definitely be back for future occasions!

I have been scared to go in this store since my last experience, but me and my daughter did anyways. I’m SOO glad we did this store is now has a NEW store manager and new staff and they are so kind!! The store manager was so nice and helpful to my daughter I’m very glad we came back and we will keep coming for all her dresses! Thank you Kim

I was trying to find the specific dress style that my granddaughter had tried on in a different Windsor store near where we live. She loved it but needed the dress in a smaller size. I called several stores and finally I was lucky enough to call this specific location and have my call answered by the store manager who was not only friendly but also knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me all the information and numbers I needed to find and order the dress from the Windsor Website and only moments later I was able to order the very last one in my granddaughter's size. Great customer service is so appreciated in person and on the phone! Thank you !

This store has changed for the better WOW I just went in on Sunday! my daughter was able to find the best dress and shoes and we actually had fun with the staff! The store manager was kind had conversations even with my daughter, I'm now happy to leave feeling good about lol our experience thanks for the great customer service girls! Kim and sarah!

They need a time limit for the dressing rooms They let people stay in rooms for 1/2 hour and then say the dressing rooms will close in 15 minutes….long line of people still and the same people that have been in dressing rooms for 1/2 hour still in there….ridiculous!!!
