Tyson and Andrew came to fix my sprinkler system after Consumers damaged it during an install. The main power to the control valve was pulled out during a dig and could have easily been a needle in a haystack. They found and reconnected the system fast. Leveled the ground after their dig and raked it smooth. Tested all zones, located all sprinkler heads and fixed another connection that I didn’t know was also damaged by Consumers. Fast and professional. Easy to talk to and work with. Would recommend Tyson and Andrew to anyone with sprinkler system issues.

boy, I have to say your driver and your pickup, must have never gone through hudsonville in his life down 32nd avenue since they changed the configuration, before Chicago drive. he just blew right in from the fast lane and cut the driver right off. very rude driving. then he sits at 32nd Street and Chicago drive at the light on his phone. there's a lot in Michigan that says you cannot hold the phone while you're in the driver seat regardless with your light or driving down the road. you really ought to corral your driver a little bit because he is not representing your business very well driving like a complete a-hole and by the way I do have video or I can get a hold of video and I have a picture of the truck with the license plate if you so do wish.

Beware! They charged my widowed mother for spring sprinkler turn on and when I visited her, six sprinkler heads did not pop up and the dirt from the winter was still on top of them. The grass in those areas were completely dead and my 73 year old mother did not realize it. When I asked them for a refund and to come out fix them and they said they would not. My mother has been a longtime customer and they do simply do not care. She will be taking her business elsewhere!

I have been very happy with Winchel Irrigation. They have been extremely professional and responsive. I had them re-install my system and I cannot he more pleased! I have been using them for my start-up and winterization and have been very satisfied!

Complete disaster. Most unethical contractor I've ever encountered. Stole my money and didn't finish the job. Also, they buy all their hardware from China. Scummy.

Winchel installed an irrigation system for me this summer. They were fabulous to work with from start to finish. There was never a time when I felt like I was in the dark like I have with other contractors. Greg is quick to get back in touch and was always helpful and patient with my questions. Todd, in the office, is great to work with as well. Price was very fair. Thanks guys!

Had them come out and turn on and Inspect my sprinkler system for the summer. They list this as an inspection for leaks in the system. 1 month later get a letter from city saying extremely high water usage. Come to find out there was a significant leak in at one of the access covers for the sprinkler system. Called to find out why they didn't inspect the sprinkler system and was told by the owner Winchel that the inspection does not include removing the covers only a inspection of the lawn to make sure there is no flooding at if they were to inspect the covers it would take them an hour. They charged me for an hour of work but did not do an actual inspection of easy to reach parts of the sprinkler system. I suggest going with a different irrigation company because they do not inspect your system and are unwilling to make things right.

Excellent. Winchel just installed irrigation at my home in Middleville. I'd highly recommend them. Quality and customer service is top notch. I had four proposals before choosing Winchel. Went with them because of a referral. Price tag was fair. My irrigation system is effective and efficient. Communicated well, very honest on price, and followed up with care. Love giving area small businesses good reviews, and this one did not disappoint. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
