Brian helped me pick out a dream bike and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about what the bikes offered and how they were different. Made a point to not just sell me an expensive bike but make sure it was the right bike for me and I was going to walk away happy that I was making smart decisions. We weighed pros and cons of upgrades vs getting models down and encourage me to make a good decision with my budget. Outstanding service!
Yesterday did my 3rd gravel ride and first with the Checkpoint SL6 and it was amazing! No longer get destroyed in the back of the group needing someone to slow down and help me back, even led the group for a couple miles near the end.

We have been using this bike shop for almost 30yrs. The sales people and repair guys are awesome. My hubby and I purchased our first ebike there and they gave us good solid advice. I recently had 2 knee replacement surgeries and they suggested an adaptive pedal to help with my rotations. Today took my bike off the rack, installed the 2nd pedal and put the bike back on the rack! Thank you so much for all you do West Michigan Bike and Fitness!!
