Made multiple mistakes with my windshield replacement and butchered my vehicle. Took back to the shop to have missing trim piece replaced and they replaced the entire windshield again for no reason. Lost a trim piece, wrecked another, cut my headliner, sliced off a metal tab, used extreme excessive glue in some places and barely enough in others. What a nightmare.

Good service, replaced two front windshields. Came to our house, punctual and we got a great price for the work. One small issue with the plastic paneling around the windshield. Will recommend.

absolutely delighted with the service! We had several strong wind storms and tornados in Kalamazoo and had a branch go through the windshield of our VW Jetta. We rarely use this car, so it got put off for a little bit. Safelite came and couldn't fix it without "damaging the frame" because they don't train their employees on VWs apparently. Got referred here by our mechanic/owner of Blough's Automotive in Freeport, MI (who we trust for all things mechanical) and are SO glad Safelite couldn't do it. West Michigan Auto Glass was half the price, drove to us (Kentwood to Kalamazoo) and the new windshield is BEAUTIFUL.
The two gentlemen that did the repair were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient.
I hope to not need the services again any time soon, but I will happily return here if the need arises.

Patrick took really good care of my vehicle and made me feel better about the whole process of a windshield replacement. If you need Auto Glass work I highly recommend giving them a call.

Cannot recommend enough!
Back window in my vehicle broke out and I was looking at over a week and a half wait from my insurance company's suggested repair shop.
Steven helped me get in and taken care of in less than 24 hours, and at a discount!

They the best in the business, earlier today they can to change my window shield for my Peterbilt 579 it took em least one hour, I think Mathew n John or Jacob they the best hard working people. This company give you very best reasonable price

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called them for an estimate, they came out, took measurements the whole 9 yards. Told me they would email me an estimate. Called multiple times for WEEKS after to get the price of the job, and was never even quoted. I was prepared to pay for the job no matter the cost. Their loss I guess. If you are looking for someone who cares, call Modern Hardware.

I called a few weeks before I needed my windshield replaced thinking it would take awhile to get an appointment. They were able to get fix it in just a couple of days, came to me, super quick and haven't had an issue. This is the 2nd time we've used them. Love supporting local and receiving quality work.
