I needed a battery replacement for my older iPhone 6S and Corban was amazing! Professional. Fast. And knowledgeable. My other review says it all but Corban did the battery replacement and my screen protector. Top notch service and helped me understand exactly what was going on inside my iPhone better than anything I got from the Apple Store. ?If you need a battery replacement for your iOS device or Android, I can not recommend this place enough.It’s just great to know real service still exists. You would think they would check to see if the battery was good in my iPhone before changing it out for $30. It was actually the charging cord, which cost me an additional $16.

Pretty dang good. Not the most glamorous experience (I mean, not Apple store level boujie) and I feel like the color of my screen looks very slightly different (not confirmed though...something just seems different) and I can tell that the "harder touch" function of the screen (I have an iPhone 7) is somewhat more difficult to activate. BUT I did spend $50 less than if I would have taken it to the Apple store so that feels pretty dang worth it to me. Besides that, it only took an hour and it's by a bunch of places that are great for killing time -- good restaurants, fro-yo, Starbucks, ULTA, etc. (I didn't want to go far because my phone was with them and I live in Grand Rapids.) SO I was able to spend that time just hanging out at Target. Which was great!

REPAIR WENT FLAWLESSLY. ONLY CUSTOMER IN AT THAT TIME, SO TECH COULD CONCENTRATE SOLELY ON THE REPAIR. ABOUT 45 MINUTES AND I WAS DONE.

What started out as a simple battery replacement that saved money ended up costing me a new phone. What really made me angry is that I called within a week asking to return the battery because I had to send my phone back to the carrier and the guy I spoke with on the phone at Batteries Plus said they would give my money back. When I came to the store they said, "we don't give refunds". They even called the owner and he said the same thing.
