This is written about the Walmart on Kenowa near my home. I live alone and lack community in my everyday living. That was until, I was blessed with a conversation by a greeter named Juelz, I do hope I'm spelling that correctly. She has virtually changed my live. She is beyond just a greeter, she welcomes you, takes time to have a conversation with me. This is a blessing because there are days that go by when I don't have the pleasure of a simple conversation. Not anymore, Juelz always is there to greet me, ask if I'm doing well, helps to answer any concerns or questions, I have about the store. Most importantly she is the sole reason that I've started to stretch my old body. Watching her do her job and simultaneously do simple stretches have me wanting more for my health and ability to move, cuz at 63 growing old is not for the weak. She is the 5-star rating I given above. I've been to COSTCO, SAM'S CLUB, & Meijers and have never been greeted in the way Juelz greets the customers she serves at Wal-Mart. Now recently, I dare say that management took her chair away and I will ask that management weigh the chair against her performance. Let her have her chair back. It's not hurting anyone; it was her use of the chair that started my relationship with her in the first place. She is just so awesome, caring, professional, and above all the kind of person any company would strive to have in a greeting position. She is the reason that when I get into my car to run up to the store for a few things and mind you I can select Meijers, Aldi's, Costco, or Walmart - I choose Walmart. Let that sink in. Choose Walmart for all things from big to little. Thanks - Teckla Thompson

I absolutely love Walmart's curbside pickup. It is easy and fast, and the staff that brings out the product seem happy.

Its dirty. They don't upgrade this Sstore at all. I went to the one in Grandville it was so much better because they actively work to improve the store this location they do not.

As always...I had to find assistance to get jugs of distilled water because they are too far back on an already too high shelf.

Came in for a product that sadly is only available online, but we asked Nic for help and he was very enthusiastic about helping. Appreciated his determination and communication skills.

I found everything I needed, leaving the store I'm stopped and asked for my receipt. I get it the need to verify I've purchased the items but they can't find the bar code on my microwave to do so. SMH

This walmart NEEDS a class in customer service. The workers here act like it's to much for you to ask them for help. WHY it's your job. I wouldn't give them no stars if I could. Don't be disable and ask for help. Maybe we should call the the rights for disability office. A blind lady came in asked for help because her worker didn't show they said they didn't have noone until I spoke to a manager and told them I'm putting this all over social media then they got a person for her she was crying and everything. I offered to help her til a worker came. SHAME ON YOU WALMART.

I actually went to the Grandville Walmart to get to the EcoATM on Sunday, January 28. Their EcoATM was working so I was able to sell and recycle my iPhone 7 for $14 and my IPad Mini 1 for $2. I actually went to the one in Holland first, but it wasn’t working. I was disappointed and frustrated because I had to drive about 25 minutes from my house. It was my first time visiting Grandville Walmart. My first impression was that it was clean and organized. Since I sold my devices there, I might as well do a little shopping. I got what I needed and left.I would recommend people trying out the EcoATM if they ever want to sell and/or recycle their devices. You can definitely check out their website and get a quote. Once you get a quote on your device, you’ll get an email with a special code to get to the nearest EcoATM. You have up to seven days to turn in your device so they can still honor the quote they gave you.My recommendation is call Walmart first to make sure their EcoATM is working. Once you’re there, the instructions to turn in your devices is simple and easy to follow. Cash can be redeemed at their machine or deposit to your PayPal account.

You nearly always see something you can't unsee when walking into any walmart. Let's just say this one is no exception! Lol
