Looking for hair accessories online. Per website, items I were interested in available at the store. Walked in, and was nearly knocked over by an employee who demanded to know what I wanted. Employee was slow to direct me to the accessories area. I did find and purchase items; they were for a gift.
It seems Ulta does not want disabled customers. Never felt welcome; staff seems uncomfortable with disabilities.

Always difficult to get assistance. Even more so if you are not buying the expensive products. If you are buying the less expensive products you can find better selection and prices at stores like Meijer, Target, or Walmart.

Went to this location today and had the worst experience ever the lady’s there had no knowledge of the product and they were super rude seemed like they just wanted to rush me out of the store will not be back

My review is for the salon, not the store itself. The staff are not very friendly. I walked in to see if I could get an appointment for my daughter. The girl that "helped" me at the desk seemed annoyed that I was there. She did set up the appointment but was not friendly at all. I canceled the appointment as soon as I got out my car.

I was only in the store for 10 minutes but was able to find and purchase a new Chi flat iron to replace my 10 year old model. Happy with my purchase and that Ulta had the one I wanted.

Learned a lesson to not ask for a foundation match from the lady with clown makeup. She also refused to show how to apply BareMinerals. It's your JOB and it's not hard, so refusing to show how to conserve and correctly apply something that pricey is absolutely unprofessional.

Honestly I love ulta but I will never return to this location because of the interaction I had with multiple employees while I was there. They were so snotty and rude. The amount of eye rolls and pursing of lips was insane. Felt worst then high school. I'd rather deal with Regina George.
Also they have zero knowledge on the products. Alpine location is 100x better

I’ve been a client of Leah Carpenter for the last 3 years and there’s a reason why I keep going back!
Leah understands everything I’ve always wanted to do with my hair and explains to me every detail and step of the process, and she’s always offering suggestions and ideas if I’m not sure what I want to do. She recommends the best products for my hair and always styles it beautifully! Our appointments are filled with so much laughter and joy, and she’s really taken the time to get to know me and my hair!

I do not apply make up often so I was a bit out of my depth choosing makeup as a bridesmaid. Autumn helped me choose a foundation that fit my skin tone, went over concealer options, and found a great shade of lip stick. Overall a great store with nice employees.

Always a fan of the workshops at Ulta Beauty. I get to have one on one time with the professionals to create a salon worthy style at home. Mikayla and Christian were very attentive to my hair care needs. Having fine hair is tough at home when trying to style. From today I was given curling iron 101, the watch technique, how to use dry volume texture tease at the crown. Very happy with today and all the information learned. Highly recommend!
