I am a huge fan of Tommy's Car Wash, however, this location is the worst. I have no idea what is going on with their rinse here, but the last few car washes over the past few months have been terrible. There is a cloudy greasy residue that is constantly left on my vehicle that requires a wash at any other location to remove. I have called to explain this problem several times and unfortunately they just don't care. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS LOCATION - you will just end up going through Clyde Park or Byron Center just to undo the issues this location has created. I don't know if these are individual franchises and run separately, but clearly after multiple complaints, this location just doesn't care.

Pretty good automatic car was. Had no problems taking my Jeep Wrangler through it. I have a 3-in lift and 35-in tires. She came through unscathed. Had to go through twice to get a completely clean though. The vacuums work well and really like the free mat cleaner. The unlimited wash program is the only way to go though is a single wash is really expensive.

Nice place to wash car and vacuum, but vacuums have mild suction that could be better.

Great carwash! One of the workers asked to take photos of my car going through. I thought it was pretty cool but never asked what the were for. Kinda wish I could see them.

Took my new to me 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid to Tommy’s on 44th. 1st X it scratched my paint job. I decided to try again. Again scratched paint and twice through my car still wasn’t clean. I also noticed areas paint looked faded and wouldn’t rub out. Employee said my car was in accident and it was a bad touch up job. I took my car to detailer who informed me it was a very heavy grease left on my car from the car wash. The equipment had grease in it from another vehicle. Now I have to pay the detailer to buff my whole car. Thanks so much Tommy’s!!!! Employees are handing out bad intell, vacuums are all broken, car doesn’t get cleaned and equipment is poorly maintained
