I ordered $100 worth of stuff with the buy 1 get 1 free deal. Once my package arrived it looked as if it was opened and taped again but sideways. I only received 1 of everything in my order. They claimed it was all shipped in one box and closed the issue. Never attempted to fix by resending or credited me. Just closed case and now won’t respond.

They just seemed to be gossiping and hiding from customers. I asked for a shirt in ANY size other than xl and all they said was no in a condescending tone like i was stupid …. They didn’t even try to look . I then looked around more and they had ALL sizes of the shirt I was looking for . They were honestly just standing around. One guy looked to be on drugs … confused and walking in circles. They also had a hard time spelling an email but some how made us feel bad for them spelling it wrong . They didn’t want us in there considering the girl asked if we were ready to check out when we weren’t in line or anything. We were still visibly browsing . They just didn’t want people in there so they could just continue to gossip and sit around .

Went into the store lastnight with my son and husband. As soon as we started looking at clothes, the girl by the fitting rooms got in our face asking if she could help with something. We had just started looking through the shirts. We got 5 items for my son to try on and the girl was very adamant that only 6 items could go into the fitting room (no problem, that is the company policy). Every single time my son would open the door to show us his outfit, the girl would go to see what my son was wearing. That’s very creepy since he is 12 years old and looks even younger than that. No one needs to be checking my son out in the fitting room. With each item my son handed me back, the girl would ask if it worked out for us. Every single article of clothing. Exhausting. I took an item from my son, and gave him one and she asked how many items I had handed my son. I told her I subtracted one and added one. Then I told her I had never been hovered over like she was doing and it was very uncomfortable. So she said she was going to stand over there (in the distance). My husband told me he was glad I said something because the whole situation was so uncomfortable. She was literally standing in our bubble. If a person is standing close enough to you and that you need to step back, that’s your bubble. The entire time we were in the fitting room area, she was in our bubble. I went to put a shirt back in its place and she followed me to the rack and grabbed the shirt because it “needed to be folded a certain way and because it was her job”. I have shopped at Tilly’s for years and I’ve never been so uncomfortable that I have to put someone in their place. Step away from customers and stop checking out their kids. Disgusting. We even told the lady behind the counter who rang us out. She told us the girl was new. Doesn’t matter, that girl doesn’t need to be working the fitting rooms. I don’t know her name but she was new, wearing a long brown sweater, mid length hair, and on the plumper side. Not the right job for her.

I went to Tilly’s today bought some dope kicks, the store was so fresh and so clean. The staff was very helpful when the card reader was having issues. Lily and Landon were sweet and very helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Poor customer service. No one assisted us while shopping, multiple store associates were standing around gossiping about the manager in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Then when we went to checkout no one was at the counter and it took us having to go find someone to pay for our purchase.

If you ever thought about wanting to work here, don’t! Wish I could give this company 0 stars. If you want to work for a company that doesn’t care about the well being of their employees and is super selfish, then this is the place for you. Not to mention the unfit people they hire for store managers. There’s a reason why people don’t usually last for than a year here. Really disappointed in this place. Disappointment of a company in general.

I had and amazing experience shopping at tillys for the first time the workers there super helpful with everything I had or wanted help with Shelby was greatly appreciated she was super helpful it was my best experience yet and I will be coming back

No one said 'Hello". Matter in fact, Was anyone working there? I just don't know. Our daughter was ready to shop and buy something. Yet,No one came up to her. So, She's upset. That no one cared enough for her. So,We will not come back!!

There was one very specific item which I was wanting to purchase today as a gift for my best friend's birthday. There were only three available in store and only one was her size. As it turns out the one that is her size was being displayed on a mannequin. As I walked into the store one of the associates offered me a very warm greeting. This associate then kindly inquired of me if there was anything I could be assisted with. Somewhat reluctantly I made mention of the item being displayed on the mannequin. Without hesitation and without question she promptly acquired the item for me so that I could purchase it. I am very grateful for her courtesy and professionalism. Also, the young man responsible for operating the sales register was very courteous and professional as well.

Ran in on my lunch hour and it went smoothly. Sure I had to wait a few minutes but it wasn't like they were standing around, they were helping others.
