Open more than 2 lanes.

I am not sure why only the self-checkouts were open while three workers were chatting. Every single manned lane was closed while the workers were playing around. Not a good look nor good business practice for a company as large as Target. When there is twenty people in line, the employees should stop talking about Tik-Tok and do what they’re being paid for.

Juan from this Grandville location was VERY helpful in helping me find a weighted blanket. I tried 4 different stores before here and none of them were very helpful. Thanks Juan :) merry Christmas

Target is a pretty good shopping experience. The Bucktown store is definitely becoming more messy each time I visit. I can tell there are not enough people and there is limited desire to keep the store aisles uncluttered. It is looking more like a Walmart each time we go. At least the products are still a better quality.Men's clothes section is tiny and has limited selection.

Always clean, well stocked and has a variety of items. Quality of products are worth the money in my experience. I've never walked in and left empty handed. Prices are also decent.

Just had the best service at this location. Louisa & Josiah/Jonah (the manager that I unfortunately don’t recall his name for sure) were incredibly helpful, kind, and full of laughs while helping us purchase a Christmas tree. Such an awesome change of pace, especially during the holidays. ?

I appreciate the selection of quality, competitively priced products available from the stores, extending to a more expansive selection of online items that ship quickly. Requiring only 2 hours in advance is convenient, as is offering pickup until close.

This location is a mess, and unorganized to the point where it affects your entire experience. I miss living on the other side of town and going to the Gaines township location.

Great location. The shelves are never fully stocked tho. The employees are super nice and very helpful, esp compared to other places like this.

This is the absolute worst grocery store I have ever shopped at. Feel free to come here if you do not value your free time whatsoever. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come here, the line extends from the self checkouts all the way back to the cosmetics section of the store. It is unbelievable (and no, the lines are not fast moving. Trust me when I say I have fallen for that trap many times and have ended up standing there for over 25 minutes like a complete idiot just waiting for a register to finally open up.) This is absolutely no fault of the employees; they are always very helpful and efficient. The ISSUE here is that they only ever have one cashier, and three, *sometimes* four, self checkouts open. Meanwhile, there's at least 20 other registers available that are not being operated. The most obvious solution here would be to use all that unused space to create more self checkouts. OR businesses can just start hiring people again so that there would be a person there to operate those empty registers. I get it, no one wants to pay their employees because it's expensive. BUT, off the top of my head I can think of at least three different occasions that I have walked out of the store due to frustration because I didn't have time to wait half an hour for a register to open. I am not the only one. Every time I'm in there I see other people walk out from the irritation as well. Nobody has that kind of time. This business is losing money due to there refusal to pay their employees. I wish that I could keep shopping at this location because the customer service is top tier and the prices are unbeatable. But I can't justify going back when it's impossible to actually purchase the stuff I want due to the lines. If the business does reply, I'm sure they'll say something corny like "We're sorry you had a bad experience. We'd love to talk with you more about this" Well I don't want to talk. Literally just start paying your employees so people can actually shop at your stores. In the meantime, I hope your singular, overworked cashier doesn't try to off themselves.

I would give this location a zero if I could...I would shop at this location religiously but I will not after what I just experienced with the front desk lady Lorraine!!!! She shouldn't be in charge of talking to peopleI was having an off day with my new born (colic baby) so anyone who knows that, it can be ROUGH. I did a pick up order and when I got there she was outside with a customer and when she was finished up with them, she looked over at me and rolled her eyes and mouthed something VERY wrong. She proceeded to walk up to the store, comes back and she goes to customers who showed up after me. (she was trying to be rude on purpose) she walks up to my car and doesn't say hello or anything. All she says is "next time, maybe try not to double click and say you are here. It's rude, and it would be nice to know when you are on your way." Then I APOLOGIZED to her, I said "oh i am so sorry, I have a newborn and I didn't know I could do that." THEN she goes "because you have a newborn means you can't do things?" EXCUSE ME? I had one of the worse days and she topped it off. Truly people, be KIND because you never know what somebody is going through. Be better. Lorraine do better... it's hurtful to be mean to ANYONE.
