The speedway manager treats you like crap if you're doing laundry. Would not assist with change or anything. Threatens to ask you to leave.. Separate but no help available. More than half the dryers are not working. It's a mess!!

The place literally has seven washers open. Every other one is broken half the dryers are broken. The place is disgusting, filthy, and falling apart. It literally looks disgusting and it makes you not even want to walk in there with your clothes to wash them. I literally walked out, when I asked the person working for speedway hey do you know when they are going to fix all the washers? The only thing this person had to say to me was I have no freaking idea maintenance is separate from my job, and then she walked away from him into the back office. This is how speedway rolls with a dilapidated, rundown disgusting, dirty gross laundromat attached to it. They should be appalled and ashamed and humiliated that the place looks like a rundown gas station out in the middle of nowhere that nobody cares about , but of course it's in the middle of downtown Grandville, which is supposed to be nice. Where is the city when it comes to keeping the businesses and decent order in the city that we pay taxes for? Maybe the city should go and find the businesses that make themselves look bad. Because city of Grandville should be embarrassed by having this gas station and laundromat in their city

I have spent thousands of dollars over the corse of 13 years at this Speedway. The one time I ask for change for a $20 .... sorry we can not help you... you have to make a purchase... Poor customer service! Told me they are not a bank.

Clerk was very rude and the day manager woman would not honor the posted price on the breakfast sandwiches which was 2 for 4. The clerk said it’s only a dollar more and I said you need to charge the posted price and the manager told me to leave . Horrible place and they need to hire better help.

This store by far employs the rudest people!! I’ve been coming to this one for over a year now and as of recently; a newer girl with a head wrap has been working in the mornings and is EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful. I will have walked up to the register and put my things down for a whole minute while she stands there IGNORING me and texting on her phone. Constantly rolling her eyes. I have never in my life experienced such poor, disgusting, entitled behavior by another human being. Let alone these people are supposed to be your front lines of customer service??? My next call is corporate. Dissatisfied is an understatement!!!
