Great experience. I was a repeat customer from 9 years ago when I bought an engagement and wedding band for my wife! We had to unfortunately look for a replacement b/c it has gone missing! But the process was smooth in which we found the perfect ring and band to go together! Definitely recommend their customer service!!

My experience at Rogers & Holland was over the top. Even during waiting period staff stayed engaged instead of just letting us sit in silence. All in all, I am happy I visited the Grandville location inside the Rivertown Mall.
