Prices are very affordable. Came in yesterday to get a timing belt kit service and now my v6 accord is running and driving like the first day I got it. Staff is very friendly and great customer service. Serra is a lot better than Fox. Will definitely be coming back here for all major services. Thank you Serra Honda and thank you Cale.

This is my first time buying a new car and I couldn't be more let down! I waited over 90 days to get the car that was supposed to take less than 30 days, but I wasn't really upset about that as much as I was about how I was treated when I brought up multiple issues with the General Manager. After having my car about 10 days I found several paint defects, issues with some body panels not lining up and realizing I didn't have some options that I was initially shown on a trim level sheet that I should have, as well as expressing some concerns I had throughout the entire buying process. I should have done a THOROUGH check of everything at the dealer before driving off, because I contacted Phil Rosser (General Manager) via email twice and was never contacted back, so I ended up calling him and he wasn't what I expect a general manager to act like. He argued with me about some things and told me to come in and he would take a look. I finally came in and he basically blew me off! I have NEVER been more disrespected by a company I just spent this amount of money with. Talk about arrogant and disrespectful, Phil Rosser is just that. He literally continues to argue with me and tells me I should have seen these things within 3 days of me owning the car. Keep in mind, I don't drive much and I assumed everything was good, so I didn't go around the car inspecting every little thing like I now know I should have done before I even left the lot. Once I took a light to the paint I found swirls, scratches and paint starting to peel where the bumper meets the front fenders. I wasn't rude at all when I emailed him and I really just wanted to try and figure out if anything could be done about some of the problems I had. Nope, I was basically told that he would notate my file and that was that. I was so frustrated by how I was treated I just decided there was nothing I could do. Between my lackluster sales rep Aaron and the General Manager Phil Rosser I will definitely never do business here again. They are happy to take your money, but after the sale you are on your own. None of this had to go down this way, he could have just acted like he cared just a little and maybe even apologized for the inconvenience. None of that happened... What a HUGE disappointment Serra Honda!EDIT 1: Serra Honda left a response and that's great! They want to paint a picture online that they will make this right, and I certainly hope they do. My question now is why hasn't someone contacted me if they are truly sorry for my experience, cause they certainly know who I am? Please reach out to me Serra, that would be a good start at making this right.EDIT 2: I contacted Serra Honda again and asked to speak to the sales manager this time around. The sales manager agreed to take a look and possibly make a claim with Honda to make this right. Where it goes from here is not yet known, but hopefully something can be done so that they can correct some issues and I'll be happy if so.

Pete Seif was Very sincere and helpful without any pressure. Listened to my needs and objectives in purchasing a new CRV with my Crosstour trade while visiting family from out of state. Was able to process the necessary paperwork and collect the proper taxes to make my registration process back home go seamlessly smooth. I would highly recommend Pete for his outstanding salesmanship.

Ever since this dealership was sold to Serra, the service has been much less desirable and this year I have not been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. They don't even offer express service anymore. You have to make an appointment. I probably won't be getting my oil changed here ever again. I'm disappointed to have purchased my car here.

Working with Dan in the pre-owned sector at Serra Honda Grandville was an amazing experience. He never pressured me to buy or tack on extra costs. He was straightforward, honest, and very personable. I highly recommend Serra Honda and especially recommend Dan if you are looking to buy a used car.The buying process was the simplest I have ever experienced, and I may become a forever customer of this dealership.

Had a great experience with Serra! Was looking to lease a new CR-V and after going through a not so pleasant process with another dealer, I’m so glad that I decided to go with Serra. Dave, Brian and the entire team made the process quick and easy and my lease with Serra was a much better deal than other dealers in the West Michigan area!

Mitch at Honda Used Cars helped me so much on finding the right Honda CRV for me. He wasn’t pushy, but oh so caring and a great listener. He really knew details about each model. Would never buy anything, but a Honda. They last long mileage with not many fixes!

I recently just bought a brand new 2024 Honda CR-V at Serra and had the best service. From their service counter staff that helped me when my car was in rough shape (Cami, Shania, Teresa, and Kale) to me trading it in and buying a brand new car, they checked all the boxes. I received the best level of care and am now cruising around in my new hybrid CR-V that feels incredibly luxury and way too nice for me, but I love it. I highly recommend Brian Miller. He walked me through all the steps and helped me get the exact car I wanted on the lot sooner than I thought I was initially going to receive it. He talked to me with respect and made me feel comfortable through the whole process and never pushed anything on me while I was making decisions. He made sure I was always informed. Serra Honda is 100% the place to go and I will be going there for all my car needs now and in the future.

Anytime I want the best possible service I ALWAYS contact Dwain at Serra. I’ve trusted his advice for all my Hondas for over a decade. Once again he delivered. He made sure that my 2021 Honda Pilot driver’s side mirror was fixed to my satisfaction.It took three tries but he was willing to help in anyway possible including making sure my wife had a ride to work in the morning after she dropped the vehicle off.I’ll always be a fan of Serra and especially of Dwain.

I have never been to a car dealership before where I told them how much I could pay, and they work with me on it to get it almost exact (a little less actually). My second lease from Serra. Dan treats you like he has known you for years. No pushing, no sales person talk. He is the person that I will always go to when I am searching for a vehicle. I really like my new car, and I have Dan and Serra Honda in Grandville to thank.

Serra Honda has the best service department I've ever worked with--especially as a dealership! I typically avoid dealerships for service because they tend to be overpriced and suggest work you don't truly need. Serra Honda is the exact opposite. They have always been reasonably priced, honest, and so professional. Recently, I encountered a little hiccup with the installation of an accessory, and they immediately made it right! No arguing or trying to blame me--they went above and beyond to fix it. Jesse and Phil in the service department are both top-notch. I would recommend to anyone that they trust the folks here to take care of their vehicle.

Dwain is always great. He was friendly, communicated well with me about the issues my brakes had, answered my questions about the parts, and had an unexpected brake job done before the end of the day. I couldn't recommend working with Dwain enough.

My boyfriend and I went to go look at a car today and the two sales guys we talked to were super kind and we're willing to help us and talk stuff over with us. But the vehicle hadn't been washed or vacuumed out. There was dog hair and scratches on the inside, and the outside had a bright yellow scratch from the start of the passenger door and went almost to the end of the car. There were multiple little scratches and chips on the rest of the exterior and two rust spots that looked like someone had tried to cover them up previously. We test drove it anyway and when we got back, Vern (who was very kind) got his manager to see if they could do any color correction and clean it up a bit if we were to purchase it. The manager said "If you're going to buy it I will see what we can do about the yellow scratch but I'm not going to go over the rest of the car." He was not helpful and definitely made us feel like he just wanted to sell a car and had no interest in making sure it looked nice. To just put a car on your lot looking like that surprised my boyfriend and I to begin with. Overall, we will stick to private sellers like we have for a long time, because our experience with this dealership was not good
