Pete Seif was Very sincere and helpful without any pressure. Listened to my needs and objectives in purchasing a new CRV with my Crosstour trade while visiting family from out of state. Was able to process the necessary paperwork and collect the proper taxes to make my registration process back home go seamlessly smooth. I would highly recommend Pete for his outstanding salesmanship.

Ever since this dealership was sold to Serra, the service has been much less desirable and this year I have not been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. They don't even offer express service anymore. You have to make an appointment. I probably won't be getting my oil changed here ever again. I'm disappointed to have purchased my car here.

Dwain is always great. He was friendly, communicated well with me about the issues my brakes had, answered my questions about the parts, and had an unexpected brake job done before the end of the day. I couldn't recommend working with Dwain enough.

My boyfriend and I went to go look at a car today and the two sales guys we talked to were super kind and we're willing to help us and talk stuff over with us. But the vehicle hadn't been washed or vacuumed out. There was dog hair and scratches on the inside, and the outside had a bright yellow scratch from the start of the passenger door and went almost to the end of the car. There were multiple little scratches and chips on the rest of the exterior and two rust spots that looked like someone had tried to cover them up previously. We test drove it anyway and when we got back, Vern (who was very kind) got his manager to see if they could do any color correction and clean it up a bit if we were to purchase it. The manager said "If you're going to buy it I will see what we can do about the yellow scratch but I'm not going to go over the rest of the car." He was not helpful and definitely made us feel like he just wanted to sell a car and had no interest in making sure it looked nice. To just put a car on your lot looking like that surprised my boyfriend and I to begin with. Overall, we will stick to private sellers like we have for a long time, because our experience with this dealership was not good

I was all set to buy a car from Serra Honda in Grandville and had to wait all weekend for the vehicle to clear the inspection. The day it's ready I drove it to a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Not only was the cabin air filter old, but they hadn't bothered giving the vehicle an oil change. When I pointed this out to the business manager they refused to lower the asking price of the vehicle knowing it was likely to cost me 3000+ in repairs within the first six months.The control arm was broken, vents were broken, no oil change done, no lube oil, and overall this vehicle was not ready to be sold, and they made no apologies or attempt to keep my business.This appears to be a churn and burn type of place, interested more in turning profits than earning rapport or repeat business. Dealerships like this are as old as the hills and i would steer clear of this place if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.As disappointing as it was to spend so much time trying to find a vehicle and still leaving empty handed, I'm actually glad, it feels like a dodged a bullet giving these guys my money.

Car less than 3 years old. Needs 4k in clutch service that Honda knows is bad. Delay tactics to get out of warranty. Brought in complaining of slippage, started at 20k miles oh it's just the turbo kicking in your feeling. 35k we were unable to duplicate the issue. 50k you just need the fluids changed. 60k dead. Needs new clutch out of warranty. Do not recommend Honda!!! This is your warning. Buyer beware. If you need anything repaired under warranty even if they admit issue it will be rejected. Chevy and Ford's quality may be horrible, but they are at least able to admit when they are wrong and pay for issues. Not Honda.

I was in the market for a used car which I found on autotrader. The dealer was Serra Honda Grandville. I bought my current car from Rivertown Honda (now Serra Honda Grandville) so I was familiar with them. I worked with Mitch Hardcastle in Serra's used car division. He asked what I wanted in a car and we went on several test drives with cars matching my needs. I'm happy with my choice. Thanks Mitch!

My wife and I got our first ever Honda and we got it from Serra Honda Grandville. I had been researching for a few weeks to replace our 2020 GMC Acadia SLT where the lease was ending in February 2023.I visited several different dealerships regarding trade in value of the GMC and Serra Honda Grandville gave the best trade in value by far! One dealer would give me nothing (I would actually have to pay to get out of the vehicle), others would pay off the remainder and give me $1000 towards the new vehicle. Serra Honda went well above, even though they are not a GM dealer. Since the Serra family of dealers has GM product lines in their dealer family we were able to make a deal.Before our arrival I checked their website that had a cost estimator and the pricing was what I was looking for. The website also showed plenty of details for the vehicles that were on the lot I was able to see exactly whet we were going to get before we showed up.We met with Kimberly Berends who was a great sales consultant. We took the Pilot for a test drive while she ran the number on our Acadia and what the new Pilot would cost. When we got back to the dealership the numbers Kim provided were not what was shown on the dealership website. I told Kim this, she ran the numbers on the website too and got the same result that I did. Kim left and ran the numbers again "old school" on paper and she said she was able to come up with how the website came up with the numbers.Serra Honda Grandville honored the website pricing with no issues and we took delivery of the vehicle that afternoon (the day before Thanksgiving at 5pm).If you want to save money on a new Honda shop here. If you need another reason to check out Serra Honda Grandville, they are one of the main sponsors of the Free Beer and Hot Wings Show Holiday Break-Ins! That is when the show takes listener referrals to help out families in need during the holidays. The show will break in to the house and leave a Christmas where one would not be there before, not just toys and things like that (cars, appliances, food, heating fuel, etc.)

LADIES: Do not spend any time shopping at this dealership, unless you enjoy misogynistic salespeople. I had the misfortunate experience of shopping with a salesman, Jay, who exclusively spoke to my boyfriend, and not me, who was purchasing the vehicle. He never shook my hand, only my boyfriend's. What complete disrespect. I was promised the car would be detailed and the gas filled up. It was not. They never gave me the title or temporary plates, so I was illegally driving this vehicle and could not register it; I called every day for over a week before they finally mailed them to me. Lastly, they accidentally overcharged me, by running my card for more than owed. I still haven't been reimbursed for the charge, even though on my receipt they acknowledged their error. I've been contacting them to no avail for a month now. Do not shop at this predatory dealership. Serra Honda's customer service is a joke and they disrespect women.

Dwain has helped me a number of times and was honest when my vehicle had more problems than would be worth fixing... which is what I needed to hear. I leased my new vehicle through Serra Honda in grandville largely because of how well I have been treated by the service department. Dwain is the best!

Quality service, reasonable price, friendly staff. We were told that we would be called when our service was completed, as we did not wait in the dealership. No one ever called us, so we just came back on our own after a period of time.
