I have been going here for about four years. And I don't know why. I've had a problem seemingly every time. This included being told an awful noise coming from my F-150s engine was normal and wouldn't be repaired under warranty. However, when I escalated the issue to Ford corporate, all of a sudden, they agreed with me and fixed the issue.Yesterday we had another awful experience and I finally made the decision we will never return our cars to them. We dropped our Explorer off first thing in the morning for a cabin noise issue. My wife was told that the appointment should have been made for the body shop for an interior noise issue and that the car would be brought over there. The thing is, it was the service department that made the appointment for us. The car was dropped off at around 8am and by 3pm we had not heard anything. We called for an update and both the service department and body shop could not tell me where our car was for almost 20 minutes. They lost our car.Finally the incompetent service manager Ashely calls me and says the car has just been brought in and the will call me back with an update on what the issue is. This meant the forgot about our car all day until I called. I told them I was coming to pick the car up. When I arrive and ask what happened, Ashley comes running out of the office saying "it's fixed its fixed!" However, that was not the case either. We reported a whistling noise coming from the windshield area. Their fix was new clips to hold on the lower body shield. I know that was not the issue.Point is, this shop is horribly run. I have suspicions they don't actually complete work that they say they did and on this last occasion they couldn't tell me where our car was. I was legitimately worried it had been stolen for a moment. DO not go here.

Got an oil change that was supposed to include tire rotation. Fun fact, I had a nail in my front tire and knew it. They absolutely didn't rotate my tires. Also had an appt at 9 so I sat there. I didn't leave until after 11. Do not recommend.

this company sold my elderly father that struggles working to support his sick dying wife a 2013 Ford F150 with a warranty. She paid $6000 down and 350 a month for a vehicle worth $6000. He's barely drove it 1000 miles and they are refusing to fix engine troubles that are going to cost $3500, they are liars they are cheats do not go through them. If you're trying to get a reliable vehicle they will f*** you currently looking into lawyers for lemon laws because my elderly dad cannot afford to $3500 to fix his new vehicle. he just got from them.

A family member was in the hospital having major surgery, on Mother's Day We visited this this faculty to purchase a vehicle that was easy to get a wheelchair in and out of the vehicle. What a lemon of a vehicle. The tires deflated in the heat and cold, rust covered up by the dealership within the first 6 months the vehicle started shedding the repair work they covered up, endless repairs on the engine. After 6 months Taken advantage of :(. They tell you what you want to hear, sugarcoating supposedly giving you a "great deal". No it's not walk away

I purchased a jeep from this place and I absolutely love it. I had to come back and get a new tire and the service is awesome. I definitely recommend seeing Brandon Wojtaszek for any of your car needs. He is extremely helpful.

I brought my truck here for an appointment and waited all day just to find out they didn’t have time to get to my car. They promised me my truck would be the first one to get serviced the next day, but I ended up waiting a couple hours watching other cars get worked on just to find out a mechanic didn’t make it in to work and they weren’t going to have time for my truck. What a huge waste of time, I will never get those hours of my life back.

We were forced to got to a Ford dealership for the repair. We have has TERRIBLE experiences before and here we are again. No one updates is until we called three times. Promised someone would call back in 30 minutes. To call back for 24 hours. Called back to find it was sent to the body shop. Transferred back there. They went ahead and fixed the car without giving us any quote (thankfully it was nothing crazy). They informed us the car had been ready for pick up and service should have called us but no call. So we go to pick up and are told go to the body shop. We go to the body shop and are told go to service. We are told the keys are at service and the car is at the body shop I finally demanded they bring the keys to me. I was then asked three more time to go get them. They finally after being told no over and over for my keys. They then had no bill ready for me and said they would call later for payment. Fine but I just want to be done with these guys. Hot. Mess

We use quick lane at Borgamn Ford for both our vehicles, very pleased with the customer service, and the timely manner in which they get services done! Awesome lobby area with great coffee, comfy seating, and TV! ????

This is my third lease with Borgman since 2017. Each transaction was simple and the sales force was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Borgman Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I went to the Borgman Ford website and it showed a Maverick XL in stock. another Ford site showed it just arrived at Borgman. This was on 11/18/22. So, I went in on Saturday 11/18/22 when they opened at 10:00 AM. Drove a 45 minutes in bad weather. I get there an the Black Maverick XL is sitting out front of the used car building. I go inside and a guy is standing there. I said I'd like to test drive that Maverick out there. He said, "Oh it's sold"! I said your website shows it available and was listed at $22,500. He went to his desk and brought up the website. He said most of the cars that show "just arrived", are usually someone else's order. He also said that even though it shows listed at $22,500, we are charging $8,000 to $10,000 more than sticker price. I said what and he said, " well that's what it is". I couldn't believe I wasted my whole morning, only to find out it wasn't even available. Then, on top of that, they were charging almost 50% more than the price shown on the website. That is false advertising and robbing consumers in an epic way. I still can't believe this.

After a terrible experience before we said we would never come here again. Due to a recall we had to go to a Ford Dealership so once again we came back. Similar issues to last time. We were promised it would be done in a certain time frame. That time passed. When we call the receptionist cuts you off and transfers you to a voicemail before you are even done explaining the situation. The person who you leave a voicemail doesn't call back. You call again and it rings for over three minutes before you get someone to answer. You get another voicemail. I finally reported it to Ford Customer Service. They were thankfully very helpful. I called back asking to speak with our advisor. They finally admitted he wasn't even it today. I explained I have already made a formal complaint with Ford and our car is more than a week overdue with no timeline of completion. Now they were listening. Thank you to Eric who took the time to get it moved up to priority and said it will be done in the next day or so. I hope this is true. Find somewhere else to go, even if it means driving farther. This place is about the money only and does not care about customer service

Very bad customer service. Would not recommend going here for with help with some of the staff. Went to this dealership to purchase out my lease and finance department wasn't helpful at all had me wait to speak with someone and then come back 15 minutes later just to tell me I need to make a appointment . End up going to Fox Ford and they was more than happy with the process of purchasing my lease.

Working with Jake Brouwer was a delight. Straight forward and very nice to work with. Was more concerned about getting me the best deal than making a quick sale. Their maintenance department has always been very professional and efficient.
