She was the only one working & there were many people who came in & the phone was ringing & she kept up like a champ & was amazing toward me & kept a great attitude!! She deserves a BIG pay raise. She's a boss!”

“I arrived at the FedEx Office thinking I had all the right labels, etc. , to return some purchases. I had been given the wrong information from the company I had purchased the stuff from. Heather, the manager was very busy but allowed me to step aside and contact the company right there. The company had to send me two additional labels to send the products back. However, the printer was not working at FedEX due to a system update, so I would have had to drive back to my house print the labels, go back to Fed Ex and then ship. Heather stepped-up and offered another solution. Within a short period of time, my labels were printed and products shipped. Thus, saving me a trip in this bad winter weather!
