These people are scam artists. I rented a pod for less then a month. They picked it up on November 14 and then charged me for another full month billing cycle of Nov.17-Dec.16. Complete rip-off! I will be disputing the charge as fraudulent

I don’t know what our drivers name was but he was a very nice gentleman. He was polite to my mom as she watched him unload and load the container the entire time.

Sincerely disappointed. Will never use again nor refer to any of the the companies I work with transferring employees to Grand Rapids area. Order two pods on separate dates. First one did not arrive in the window provided. And despite the setup we had asked for, it came arranged wrong on their lift; causing it to open the other direction on the edge of our property! Second pod ordered, same problem! Driver said he could not turn it around, despite having a circular drive, a large parking lot near the end of the street, and plenty of room to spend the pod! And here I thought I was paying for the convenience. Then when we call to have them picked up, they pushed us out to the middle of the week. Upon calling back, they said they could deliver it on the weekend. Just to make sure, I called today to confirm, to which they denied it. Not to mention when dealing with customer service, each question was answered with an entire rundown of my entire bill. To that point, the customer service seems to be outsourced overseas. Nice people, but fully scripted, and simply were not helpful. Use them once before, but never again.

We used Pods for a move across Grand Rapids and it worked great! Tom was our main delivery driver and he was incredible. He was timely and communicative. Tom made a really tight squeeze work, which absolutely saved the day and saved so much time/money as well!

Rented PODS, paid for insurance, I bought the straps and furniture wraps. Hired movers thru PODS. My furniture is destroyed! Never heard about our claim. Moved in November and still nothing. Wouldn't recommend. Just hire real movers and a truck. They literally lift the pods by chains and they swing around thrashing all your belongings around a metal box. Bedroom furniture destroyed, living room furniture destroyed amongst many other items.

My experience with a PODS move was just about as smooth as it could be. With the exception of a couple of issues (the door was often a bit clunky/choppy when opening, and I had an issue with the placement of the unit upon destination delivery--they took care of this problem promptly and adequately), my expectations were satisfactorily met. They were timely, communicated clearly and have good customer service. I recommend their services.
