Cash withdrawals can only happen via the ATM. Not helpful, very inefficient use of my time, would not recommend this location to anyone.

This a "bank" with no cash withdrawals allowed. The PNC employee confirmed that this location's ATM is so short on $50 bills that my $1,500 withdrawal attempt failed. Their ATM is short on bills. Wish this was a joke. Wasted my time driving here. I now understand the dismal reviews.

No tellers. PNC Bank needs to come up with a new name for a building that doesn’t give or receive money.

What kind of bank won't take cash deposits? This is just a glorified ATM location

This isn't even a bank anymore. It's a large building with an attached ATM, which is where everyone must do their "banking." Some days (like today) the ATM won't even accept deposits. Go anywhere else - literally any other branch or different bank altogether - unless you just need to pull out a quick $20 from your account.

Make it more obvious this is a cashless location. What a joke.

No Tellers! Deposits and withdrawals are through ATM only. Good luck trying to deposit and withdrawal cash without having to pay an express fee for same day cash.

I didn't realize they took the tellers out of this location; that was a d*** move. Sometimes I just want to go in and work with a teller, but you can't do that here. I live in Hudsonville and there's no way I'm driving to Wyoming just to bank in person. I'll probably consider switching banks at this point.

This isn't even a bank. There is no counter, and nobody to help you. What is the point of this building?

No teller counter at this location....????????? Should be a standard function of any bank branch to handle transactions in-person.

So upsetting that this branch eliminated banking. This is completely inconvenient for my business. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I'm just assuming PNC banks won't be around much longer. Thankfully one doesn't need to visit a bank these days, but today my son wanted to get a credit card to start building credit. Should have taken him anywhere else. After driving to the Grandville location on the other side of Wilson, it said it was closed, and this is the closest branch. Well, this branch doesn't do banking either, and is a financial institution. I watched countless people walk in and leave because they can't bank here. So anyone living in Hudsonville, Grandville, Jenison have to drive all the way to Wyoming. Literally pick any other bank if you're old and prefer to bank in person. Again, thank goodness this is a freak incident that brought me into a bank.

Horrible customer service the arbitrary policies. They make a policy change it do whatever they want. We've been frequenting this location for over 5 years. They change the team out frequently and the new team is poorly trained with poor customer service.

Been to 3 locations so far, great experience overall. Wish they could close at 5:30 or 6pm like every other normal bank.

I have never been to a PNC where the customer service is lacking in any way, shape, or form. The Keurig is always on, there's never a long wait, and the people behind the counter are happy to help. This PNC is no exception. Great service. Super fast coin counters.
