“The only reason I haven't transferred my medications and my families is because of 1 exemplary employee. She is not a family member nor a friend. We met her years ago at a previous employment. There her demeanor is the same as it is at Meijers! She's Friendly, professional and she enjoys her work. With both totally different employment she's been able to resolve issues, she speaks in a tone that states she knows what she's doing and it's not for a paycheck or not to get recognized! She doesn't bring her personal issues to work with her and if she's having a difficult day you wouldn't even know it! She should train other Pharnacy techs of how to properly speak to customers and how to resolve issues. Her name is Liv. I'm not rating the entire pharmacy only the technician Liv. I would mention others but they need training. I've been getting our scripts here for several years and she's the only 1 worth mentioning. Otherwise this Pharnacy would be rated a half star. When she leaves so will we if things don't improve.”

The people are always kind, respectful, & willing to answer any questions I have about any medication. There is one man there, I can’t remember his name now, he is the most kind person I have met. He always talks to my kids, & makes them feel like people. He always has a smile on his face. When I go back, I’ll grab his name to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves.”
