I didn’t shop at this store I ordered online. The being said I bought a 33$ pair of comfy shorts and they were stained right when I pulled them out the package. Pacsun offered me a 10$ gift card. 10$ for a 30$ pair of shorts that were ruined when sent to me. On top of that, pacsun has decided to not deal with the issue anymore as it’s been 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of them to let them know that the gift card isn’t even valid, I ended up looking at who made the shorts, went to their website and got the shorts for 11$. Don’t bother with pacsun, go straight to the brand company, you’ll get better deals and your order won’t be ruined.

The guy at the cash register with a beanie and ear length hair was on his phone the entire time watching TikTok couldn't even look up and greet me, made me feel extremely un welcome and then proceeded to stare at me with a judgmental he did face like it was an issue that I was shopping there.

Went into Pacsun to exchange a a pair of discounted pants, that I bought online, but were too big.Hannah, the associate that helped me, not only let me exchange those pants for a totally different pair because they no longer carried the one I bought, but she also applied the in store promotion that was going on.Thanks, Hannah you’re customer service carried through from the beginning of my visit till the end.

The workers made me feel extremely uncomfortable and criticized about coming to return a few ideas and shop around. I was given looks. I was ignored multiple times and didn’t feel even a little welcomed. The worst customer service i’ve encounter even when i kept to myself the whole time.

Worst customer service ever. Guy with glasses and orange hair has no idea what he was doing. Asked to use fitting room and he told me one moment so he could finish texting on his phone. shirts advertised for buy 1 get 1 free but he wouldn't give us the discount because the sale was ending.
