I'd give Natural Nails 0 stars if that were an option. I went on a Saturday because my normal place was busy and I was in a rush. I saw the reviews were good. So I went and as someone who's been getting her nails done since I was 17 years old (I'm 32 now), I made sure I asked for the owner or manager, assuming he/she would be the best. I walked into Natural Nails and on Saturday morning it was a ghost town. I should've known better just because of that! You'd never go to a restaurant with no customers at a busy time... Traing did my nails. When she applied the Gel, it was the most sloppy, chunky, all over the place and inconsistent application I've ever had or seen in the 15 years I've been getting my nails done. I was so nervous that I tried to get out of the service and go somewhere else to have them fixed. Traing assured me she'd file them nicely and they'd look good. She told me that EVERYONE has the same reaction to how she does nails (and I'm assuming that's why her nail salon was a ghost town). I couldn't watch the rest of the time and when they were done, they looked okay but not anything good enough for me to come back. My nails weren't even and the cuticles didn't get filed properly. But I paid, I tipped and I left... knowing I'd never come back. WELL, ONLY TWO days later, I called Natural Nails for a refund because the nails were coming up! Traing told me it had to have been the nail polish I was looking at and I assured her I know what I'm talking about and it was the nail itself. Then she proceeded to tell me she could only give me half of my money back because she had already done the work. So I told her that when a person pays to get their nails done, the "work" they are paying for is to not have to think about whether or not their nails look nice for 2 or 3 weeks. My nails seriously looked crazy bad! I told her I needed a full refund to take them to my normal salon and have them fixed. She agreed and I went to get the money. When I got there, Traing's husband was in town and demanded that I sit so he could fix them. I reluctantly obliged and they treated me well and he did a decent job. However, the fixed nails are lifting again only a few days later. While he was fixing my nails he told me the Gel she used was a bad product and so he used regular acrylic powder... I think he should have taken them all off an started over. Worst experience I've ever had getting my hails done. Waste of time! Waste of money! Horrible nails!

This place is a gem! The prices are fair and the service was great! I walked right in and sat down for a $23 shellac manicure. The young lady that did my nails also did a great job waxing my eyebrows. The only reason I'm giving this salon a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating is that they don't take student discounts. The price is still fair so I'm sure I'll be heading back soon, but you gotta love when places offer student discounts.

This place is horrible. I have warts now and it's costed me hundreds of dollars at dermatologist and I will most likely have to have them surgically removed in a month.

I received a groupon for services at this location as a gift. The groupon was for 3 shellac mani's and spa pedi's. The groupon stated that I had to call first to schedule an appointment. That was an absolute joke! I called the number listed on the website multiple times (4 to be exact) and never got an answer or a call back from them. I then decided to try and reach them through the contact tab on the website. It took another 3 tries before I got a response. I went in on a Saturday morning and there was literally no one else there the entire time my services were being performed! Once they started to do the light process for the Shellac, my fingers literally burned and I was told to just be strong, this was the only shellac polish that did this and the nail tech claimed he had been telling the owner to get rid of this one. I didn't want to go back after that, but decided that since a family member has spent $99 on this groupon, I'd give it a second try. I was once again unable to get a response when I tried to set up an appointment, so I just went to the location hoping they could get me in. To my amazement, the store front was closed and locked during the hours they should have been open. Have tried again multiple time to set up an appointment and haven't gotten a phone call or email back from them. This seems like a really sketchy place. I don't reccomend going here for any reason...unless you want to beg for an appointment time and then get your fingers burned.

Went there a couple weeks ago and got a deluxe pedicure and full acrylic set. Great prices for amazing service even without the grand opening percentage!
