Not too long ago my wife went in this salon and they decided to charge her $130 for her nails without telling her. She called her later that day and asked why they’d charge her that much without disclosing the amount and their response was “sorry you shoulda asked” like what?! So because my wife didn’t ask they thought they could just charge her for whatever. Don’t go to this salon. There are plenty of other ones around that won’t try to steal your money!! And if for some reason you do go there make sure you ask the price!

Make sure you ALWAYS ask the prices for everything they do. I went in wanting a pedicure (around $34) and French tip acrylics (around $55) for my wedding. The total ended being $127 bc they decided to keep my natural nails and then did add ons without telling me the price. When I called and asked for a breakdown of my bill, her response was to ask next time before any services are done; when they should, instead, tell you the cost before performing services you don’t want. She did not give me a refund or apologize. If the prices aren’t listed online, take it as a bad sign.

This was my first time here and I will continue to come here just from this experience! I called late Sunday afternoon for a full set and the top pedicure option and they happily accepted me coming even though it would last until close. They took their time and I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff was so wonderful making sure everyone was comfortable the whole time and their guest connection is amazing! The music vibe was awesome and their atmosphere is so welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My aunt took me here for my birthday to get pedicures. Neither one of us had been before.
The lady I had was very rude and kept hurting me no matter how many times I pulled away and said ow.
I know she could speak English but she insisted on constantly just smacking my feet when she wanted me to move. She kept getting mad and at one point I'm pretty sure she was cussing me out in her language because I got a bit of water in the floor.
She was very very rough with the file and also cutting my cuticles. My toes were very sore afterward and then she sprayed alcohol on feet without telling me first and then laughed. I had picked out a teal color which she took back and came back with 3 blue-ish grey colors telling me those were more expensive and I should use those. My aunt and I both had to tell her several times I wanted the teal color. She got mad and once again and started speaking in her language. She was very sloppy with the nail polish so I will have to find a similar color to fix it.
I will most likely never go back here and I hope someone corrects her on her attitude and procedures.
Requested style: I picked out a teal color but she insisted I use a blueish grey cooler and got mad when we told her I wanted teal.
Stylist: She was very rude and cut me several times and burned my toes from the file. She had a horrible attitude and wouldn't speak; rather she just kept smacking my feet when she wanted me to move.

I’ve never had someone take such care in the smallest details. She correct a minor flaw she noticed that didn’t even bother me at all and Nailed the look I was going for! (no pun intended) It turned out better than the pic I showed her. Acrylic fill with design was less than a fill at the other place I’d been
going to. Definitely coming back

I went in for a walk in for my 1st time here. I was put with a male. I asked for dip polish and did want multiple colors. I thought it was strange at first when he didn't put any white powder on nails cause I always get it. I didn't say anything cause I wasn't sure if it was suppose to go on before or after. Then noticed he was missing layers. He dipped some fingers once and others twice. I was so confused. By the time I left and went home I notices they weren't even shaped on the bottom and thumbs were all bumpy. I was unhappy and even had to file some of it myself. 2 days later the nails were already starting to come off. I went back and a lady looked at them shaking her head. She seen how bad they were but only fixed the bumping thumbs and the broken nails. She looked at how bad the other were shook her head and sent me on my way. I was so disappointed. You can even tell one hand was lighter than the other. I am never one to ask for anything free but these should have been redone and they did nothing for me. It's not been 8 days and all my nails are chipping off and look horrible. All that money for not even a week of dip. I do believe I just got the wrong person but they fact no one truly fixed it when I went back makes me not want to go back. This place was my biggest disappointment for nails. Hate that I have to spend another 50 bucks a week later to get done right. The biggest disappointment too is I wrote them a email on there site to tell them what happened hoping someone would reach out saying they would redo and I never got a reply.
Update: I went back a week later after most fell off. I had to say something. They remembered me and said they would fix for free. I thankfully got someone else named Meiko. She was very nice and did everything right. I got the proper amount of coatings this time and they were filed perfectly. No bumps. I will go back but I will be seeing Mieko

Got a full set done and upon the nail color my fingers were painted and couldn’t get the color off, then she tried to drill my fingers.

Very nice and clean salon. I got a manicure with shellac polish. Techs did not try to rush you. They got busy after I arrived but all have their clients full attention still. My tech did a design I asked for to a T. Definitely recommend and will be visiting them again!

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have even received. My toenails look like a child did them. Very disappointed. Did not get the whole experience of the package I paid for. We made a reservation for 4 people and only 3 got pedicures because they did not have enough people.
