At 2.24p in the afternoon no one was there to help me order new checks. I waited to even see the person who told me no one could help. I just came from Lake Michigan credit union where they welcomed me warmly, offered coffee, and helped right away with ordering new checks. How do you even stay in business? This is not the first time I have been received like this coming through the door.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. Very friendly and courteous. I admit, I most often visit the ATM. But when I need more services, I am never disappointed by my experience within.

I feel bad doing this, but Rolanda has to go. All of the other tellers are happy and glad to help me. I bank here for my job. Rolanda will avoid helping me and other coworkers. I don't know why but this is ridiculous. Today she was forced to help me because a line started to form behind me. It shouldn't have to come to that. I will be putting in a formal complaint as well.

The ATM is great! Everything else is bad, the service is slow and often error filled, they're always understaffed, in an effort to push everyone to the ATM instead. And well, with instant funds availability via ATM you're better off there anyways.
