Once again, I went here to buy cigarettes and was given the wrong kind. Since the policy is they cannot be returned after they leave the store I am once again unable to return them for the correct ones. This has happened the last 2 times getting cigarettes at this store. The first time, the employee that messed it up admitted he made the mistake when I tried exchanging them and I was still unable to because one of the other employees said policy prohibits it. This time, it was that other employee who messed it up. They really need to start listening more carefully to what the customers are saying they need. The first time my wife was given King size when she asked for 100's and this time I know I said the word "menthol" and was given non-menthol. I will go to Speedway from now on. Never had a problem like this with them.

Today (10/19/22) around 6:40 PM I witnessed an individual named Jason, (who claims to be the manager), berating & verbally abusing another employee. He was yelling at this employee loud enough that I, as a customer could hear him. I don’t understand why Meijer has made Jason the manager. Was this really the best person you could find Meijer? He is a BULLY. I made sure he knew it, & when I told him he needed to stop bullying his employee, I was of course not apologized to, no instead I was argued with while Jason tried explaining to me how he was right in this situation.Jason you need to humble yourself pal. You’re not a leader just because Meijer tells you you are. & Please get off your high horse. You literally manage a gas station. I’m going to go back now as often as possible to make sure you stop bullying employees! Jason you may bully your employees but I can promise you you won’t be bullying me! & Next time you do this I’m recording you!

Tall old man who's been there for years likes to greet, and thank customers when checking out. Doesn't do that whenever I go there. I wouldn't care in most cases, but it's irritating seeing him act differently towards other customers. I might ask him why that is soon.

Bill C. Was so polite!!! He was smiling the entire time & made my check out experience a great one. This isn’t my typical gas station but I’d definitely come back just because of the wonderful customer service. Thanks again Bill.

Employee named Krystalll needs to control her mouth about other employees while customers are in the store. Very disrespectful. Not only bashing other employees but doing so in a very loud obnoxious manner.
