I needed a bunkie board for a full size bed. Within 2 minutes of walking into the store, I had exactly what I needed and was cashing out. I wanted the board immediately to complete the bed; Geoff helped me tie the board to my car roof in the rain (feeding me the bungee cords, not actually tying it down). Would highly recommended this store for prompt and friendly service and going above and beyond basic customer service.

I went in to buy a mattress. I looked at every single mattress in the building...laid on a few. I could not get any assistance from the employee. After about 30 minutes I left the store and on my way out while he was sitting at the desk asked me if I found everything I needed. Well...cash in my purse and not able to spend it. I will never set foot in that store again.

NOT IMPRESSED! We needed to get a bunkbed last minute after taking family in. We bought the bunkbed drove home about 50 minutes to assemble the bed and learn that we were immediately missing pieces. Half of the bed was missing pieces to be assembled. After calling, Eventually they brought parts to my house and he helped to assemble the bed. I was happy after that. I felt the bed was good quality and the service side was taken care of. I later realized that he did not install the screws to lock in the dresser drawers at the bottom of the bed so the bottom constantly slides underneath. We moved the bed and realized that pieces were missing. The bed was the last thing in the room to be moved out (hardwood floor in both the before room and after) so there is no way any screws were missing that were previously in the bed. We bought a bigger house and went to set up the bed and realized that screws were missing. I called Kidz bedz and talked to the manager Jeff and he was very combative and just wanted to argue. I simply wanted like 10 screws. I'm posting this review so people know to make sure that they check all parts before they leave the store because they will not replace them unless you pay for them. The safety of my kids is a priority and the bed missing screws is a huge safety concern. If it collapsed on one of the kids or they fell off the top that could be life threatening really. Buyer Beware! I was able to have success with Discovery World Furniture. This bunkbed was not a 500.00 bunkbed I believe it was 2000.00 or more. I called Discovery and complained about Kidz Bedz and they immediately took care of me without a fight. I told them that I also wanted to file a complaint against Kidz Bedz for not caring about the safety of my children or for making sure that all of the parts were given at the time that we picked up the bunk bed. Even with a trip out we were still missing parts to the bed. I question if they deal with this a lot based on the manager Jeff's reaction and behavior. They seem incompetent.

We drove to 4 different mattress stores in 1 day comparing prices, quality, and customer service. Mattress Outlet won every category. I am so so so happy we purchased the mattresses from them. Amazing customer service from Geoff, much better quality for the price we wanted to pay. We didn't go with the cheapest option they had, but the quality of the produce for the price we paid was fantastic. Great decision!!

My spouse and I just bought our first brand new mattress from these guys today. First off even if i wassnt impressed with the prices (plus an additional 25% off) they were remarkably nice. They joked that they dont get commission so we wont be bothering us! The mattress we choose is made to order to ensure the best of quality. I will recommend to everyone.
