They do a good job with actual mail forwarding and always scan mail fast. However, they overcharged me more than $200 and refuse to answer any customer service tickets.

I have been with this company for 7 years, had minor problems in the past but now there is no response to any of several tickets posted through their web site over two months time and no response to several emails sent. They have my mail but my account is locked because their web site is broke and will not accept any new credit card information. I finally called the local police and an officer went by their business, they then unlocked my account for 2 days but still haven't fixed the credit card portal of the web site and then they re-locked my account before I could get the last of my mail out from their site.
I owe them around $40 and would gladly pay them, they just need to contact me and let me know how to pay them since their site will not accept new CC information.

No response to any questions. They were closing the Florida location without any notice but still were charging. No response to several "support" tickets. No idea what mail I missed because of their unprofessional business practice. Stay away as far you can!

Never respond to their complaints, no phone way to contact them. As soon as I can, I will choose another company, but it is hard when you are a continent away and your mail is held hostage by a unresponsive company that has locked my account and NEVER replies to the "ticket" message. Would give ZERO rating if able too. Buyer beware.

Don't use these guys anymore! I reported them to the BBB and to the Grandville Police. They are dishonest. They kept a $9000 check mailed to me and a Discover Card. Would not forward it or anything just ignored my messages. I had to reorder everything and after 9 years CANCELLED my services with these idiots!!!!

I have been using Mailbox Forwarding for 6 years, with no problem. I told them to Fedex me my ATM card ($65) and they took it upon themselves to send it through the mail. To Mexico. There is no mail service in Mexico. Now my ATM card is floating around somewhere. They are scary now. And they lie.

I have been using Mailbox Forwarding for many years now and everything was perfect. However, I recent;y tried to log in based on an email link but it defaults to an expired credit card page that doesn't let me update the credit card. I've submitted a trouble ticket with customer service back on the 8th August but haven't heard from anyone over the 10 days that it's been outstanding.I can only assume they are out of business which is a worry since their address is across a lot of my mail.

I have the same story as all the other recent reviews. Unexplained charges appear out of nowhere. I contact support again and again with no answer. Finally, I had no other choice but to dispute it with my credit card company.This used to be a great service. I wonder what happened.

Complete fraud. Thank god I saw the bad reviews, I've been a client for 10 years but I looked back over recent charges and in the last year they've over-billed me $200. Stay away.

Haven't gotten any mail at my MBF box for quite a while, didn't think anything of it because I bought a house and had changed my address at most places. Retained this address for traveling in the RV. At the end of January I was charged $99.95 AND my normal $9.95/month. Ticket submitted, no reply. Gave them a warning before disputing it with my bank, and that's where things are now. Not sure if mail even shows up anymore, I'm going to send myself a letter and see. But I think after more than 10 years, it's time to say goodbye to what used to be great service. Look at the reviews, they're stealing money from everyone. Luckily they're local for me.

This company has apparently closed permanently. After ten years of service I recieved a message to update my payment info. Their system will not allow any updates and trouble tickets go unanswered. Now I am getting notifications from the state that I have not responded to their corporation report, so that's great.

Used them successfully and enjoyed their service for seven years while overseas. One year after closing my account I get an unexplained $80 charge. No response from the company after seven days. I will be disputing this charge.
