This particular store is fine but I opened up and store credit card and tried to get a working number to get a mailing address to pay my bill early. I could not. I finally called the number on the back of the card, you know the one if you need something immediately. You cannot get a person! What you do get is connected to an emergency alert promo that no matter how you respond to their menu you get them!

this Macy's is terrible. the workers stand around talking, then run away when you come asking for assistance. Signs in store to find things, are not up. it took me like 5 minutes to find the restrooms, when 6 workers just stand there, staring at you instead of helping

Two stars wow I'm giving my favorite place to shop only two. Why well unfortunately the service I guess there is no service. One lady running around trying to help the ones that need service and a couple young girls that have absolutely no work ethic. There is no inventory. No dressing rooms. No cashiers no body .... I would just close the doors that how disappointed it was.

I recommend finding sales associate Nicole for assistance in putting together a great outfit.She is knowledgeable, helpful,and very pleasant. I was so very satisfied and blessed by her kindness,and grateful she was able to give me her opinion on clothing, shoes and purses,so I was thrilled to make my purchases and also make a payment on my Macy's charge account. Nicole is a valuable store associate and she made my shopping experience so worth the time and money I spent there today.Thank you Nicole!

Great sale prices, safe shipping environment, but not enough cashiers. After waiting at three separate checkouts for over 25 minutes, I left without purchasing anything. I was very sad.

I don't care what anyone says - I Love Macy's! Love their app where you can price check from your phone. Now I don't have to ask a sale's person. Great technology investment! This location has a great women's suit and dress section. There are always racks of sales.

Was just there today looking for a men's suit. No one helped us or greeted us. When inquiring about a suit and it's accurate pricing we got talked to like we were kids (very condescending) not helpful. Unprofessional staff.

Wow, the guy working in men's suits last night was really bad. 3 or 4 groups of people looking for suits and he was chit chatting about personal stuff with another guy. Waited about 20 minutes. Had to stare him down to get him to talk to me. Then he was very unhelpful. Macy's men's suit department used to be sooo good. This was at Woodland Mall
