Checkout lines are terrible, 20-minute wait on a Tuesday afternoon weather its Christmas time or a non-holiday are just too much. This happens at all Kohl's locations that we visit.

Me and my mother were just trying to exchange the uggs she had ordered for me and we were lined up at customer service. The ladies who attended us were extremely rude and barely let us explain. We got a refund instead because of how complicated they had made the situation. Hate to see my mother get treated so poorly when her English isn’t great.

Return process was crazy slow. It has been probably 10 years since I've been here and they've always been really quick with returns. We waited in line for 15 minutes and there were only 3 people ahead of us.

I went in to purchase a Rosetti purse and wallet. I found just what I wanted. The best part, it was buy one get one half off. I was warmly greeted by Manager, Ashley, and store associate Kim, who were working together at the time. They were able to answer a couple of questions for me. Lisa did a great job checking me out quickly and efficiently, and was also very friendly. Thank you ladies for all you do there, and for making myshopping experience a happy one. Mim Carter

I use Kohl’s strictly for the Amazon return. Occasionally I’ll get a coupon for 25% so then I’ll look around for athletic wear. Today was a bit different as I received my Amazon coupon but the customer service lady ripped off part of the receipt. I didn’t think anything about it until I went to checkout for my purchase and hand the slip over. The person told me she needed the barcode that was ripped off. I told her customer service ripped it and to call them. I’m not sure what the lady at customer service told her but she told me to produce the ripped off portion. Again I stated I didn’t rip the receipt, customer service did.Be leery of Amazon returns taken at customer service desk. Go to the Amazon return only or somewhere else entirely. Clearly someone is taking liberties with the 25% coupons at the customer service desk.

I like they have Nike, champion clothes there. They have petite women 's clothes also! I appreciate that they have clothes for small people. I love the purses and assesories for my new clothes.

Very disappointed with the cashier, told me, I couldn't get any discounts without a kohl's card, I told her thanks anyway and no welcome from her. No customer service skills and I didn't get a receipt.

I don't know how it is still open. This location has no staff! And what they have are underpaid, trained, or supported. What the store does offer is a humble selection of piles. Disorder and chaos in every direction. Overpriced generic questionable brand name clothing items. Most are marked at a suggested manufacturer price, even the manufacturer doesn't expect. The markdown is marginal. The selection is the same, only slightly different than any other middle market damaged goods merchant. It's time for corporate entities like this to disappear. Along with this retail model for running a business. It's not profitable for anyone. It is not sustainable. It is not even consumer friendly in this current inflation ridden and turbulent financial period. If the company reflected the needs of the people it claims to serve, it's profits would be distributed more fairly, and real value be reflected in the price. Not a markup of generic goods just for the sake of cushioning another shareholders investment. Boo! Hiss!
