Stopped in for a jewelry repair on a small trinket-like necklace that is important to my daughter and wasn't sure if they would even repair an item like that but John was awesome, had the necklace fixed in a few minutes, wonderful service always at Kessler's!

Denise z. Was sells lady from Grandville, reached out to my husband phone calls and emails didn’t thank me coming in Kessler and keep saying I had very standards made me feel like I was snooty, she just lost big sell and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone!!! ;( am not arrogant and she needs to be retrained her Customer service sells!!! ;(

Kesslers had a wide variety of rings to choose from. My fiancé gave me good ideas and I was able to buy a whole wedding set that Kesslers offered. The staff was very helpful in making sure I was buying exactly what my fiancé wanted. I’m completely satisfied and thankful with the help that was given.

I had to have my engagement ring sized down. I wasn’t aware that it is a covered service under a warranty when my fiancé purchased. Wonderful customer service from the moment I walked in the door to picking my ring up afterwards. No signs of the repair whatsoever & beautifully cleaned & polished!! Looks like the day my fiancé put it on my finger. We will always be customers of Kessler Diamonds.

Had the most AMAZING experience at Kesslers! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding band. They have a huge selection and the staff were absolutely incredible. Spencer was helping us and he was very patient, answered all of our questions, and made the experience great for my fiancé and I! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
