I'll be blunt.The quality of clothing has changed a lot. I bought dress-pants, and they were made with the cheapest of materials. I tried them on again at home and immediately went back to the store and returned them.Can't guarantee I'll be back.

Pretty Sad that i came here tonight and come across a deal for sheets saying Buy 1 Get 1 and i take a picture of it and bring the items up to the counter and they try charging me for both and say they cant honor the deal on 12-22-2023 no wonder this place is going out of business. Good way to loose customers quick. Guessing this was the case for several other customers tonight because not only did i walk out and leave my items on the counter but several others were too

Had a wonderful service/experience with two regular staff members and a customer service manager. We had an order that was sent incorrectly to our house, we were sent the wrong product. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.

Terrible customer service, seems like the jewelry counter and returns need to be trained... Send like they were just thrown into their positions without knowing anything.Maybe if they trained their employees correctly or at all they would be more of a help rather than hindrance. Maybe even help someone out rather than cost them money and time.. Will no longer shop with JCPenney... Get more help with Amazon than JCPenney which is pretty sad, and people wonder why brick and mortar are dying.

Went to buy a comforter. Signs were unclear so I looked it up on their web site. Then I went to check out. It wrong up more expensive and I showed them my phone and the lower price. Two cashiers told me that they don’t price match their website even though I could do a click to store and pick up an hour later. I just paid the extra and just went home to be done with it. I looked more online and saw in their FAQs that not only do they price match their own website but competitors as well. I went back to the CS desk today and then was told once again by a 3rd associate that they don’t price match online and then finally a manager came over and refunded the difference in price. But 3 associates not knowing their policy is unacceptable business practice.

Whats left? The clothes, meh. The store, Meh. The fun, quality, and value have all been allocated to pay Corporate Cronies. The employees reflect how much the consumer means to the company. Nobody cares! You don't care about your customers, our experience, or your employees who serve us. They demonstrate that, by not being there. There is virtually no one at your stores anymore! Customer service is absent. Guest services does not exist. You have a point of sale and a place for returns and exchanges. Everything in between is tired, outdated, and obsolete. I only continue to shop, when I can, because of credit. If it wasn't for my store card, JCP wouldn't ever be on my list for a place to go for anything, anymore.

Carlos was really nice. I bought a lot of pants the week prior and he went through my receipt to see if any items were on sale when I asked. Thanks, I’ll come back and shop here just because of him.

We came to the mall to play since the weather was cold. After coloring, she wanted to look at dresses. Didn't see anything in her size, so we made our way over to the make up. My five year old picked out a couple of items, and that made her happy. Courtney was fantastic talking to my little girl, and as a parent, I greatly appreciate anyone who takes time to treat her like a person, and not a child. We went back to get her name before we left so we could leave her a good review as she deserves recognition for her customer service. She continued to shine asking my daughter how her trip at the mall was. As a salesman and a parent, this speaks volumes to me. I will gladly continue to shop here.

Need to go back to normal hours before covid. Open again @ 10:00. 11:00 is to late. Especially going into summer people want to shop early so they can enjoy afternoons outside. Kolhs opens at 9am everyday. No reason not to open early.

Store was nice and organized but only a few checkouts. You should have at least two on each floor. Don't loose customers because they have to wait in line.
