When I bought my ring from this location, I had a very pleasant experience. I got exactly what I wanted and the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable. However, when I went to get it resized for my now fiancé, the staff was absolutely terrible. Nobody would help us, they kept changing off with each other when they would help us, and the person who was helping size my fiancé’s finger had no idea what she was doing. After picking up the resized ring, they again seemed liked they didn’t want to help us when we walked in. The ring was the wrong size, and the woman who helped us walked away as soon as we got the ring. Very bad experience here.
