This location was recently remodeled and it looks amazing! Staff are always friendly & helpful! They have new baths in the back & it's super nice! I would recommend bringing your own shampoo for your pet, the ones they provide do not make my dogs hair very soft at all. The water to the baths didn't get to warm either! Not sure if that's an easy fix on their end. That's the only reason I won't be giving my dog a bath there again. But I love stopping here for my dogs food + toys & treats! They always have a good stock of basically everything!

The staff here made my day! These times are hard. I'm stressed enough as is, but I went to pet my service dog, Jack, today and he had a tic on his face. I was panicked, as we're moving so I can't find my tic key and, on top of that, my vision has been failing me so I can't see close up, but I figured my vet (Jack has been there before) would be able to just pop it off for me. Well, I called them, and they're seeing regular appointments, but wouldn't see Jack to pop the tic off for me. *Cue the heroic music* Pet supplies plus, on the other hand, had no problem assisting me and my pup! I walked in and no more than 3 minutes later, 2 girls helped get the tic off his poor face! I'm so thankful these girls were there to help me. If I would've tried with tweezers, I may have accidentally left the head attached which would result in a possible infection or further contamination. So glad I stopped in! Thank you girls! I wish I would've gotten their names, but I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

Every visit here I am always met with a happy smiling face. The store is kept very clean and well stocked. Their staff is very knowledgeable and answer my questions any time I have them. I get all of my dog and aquarium supplies here and they always have what I need at great prices.

This place is what you think of when you think of a "pet store" It's not shiny and clean like Petco or Petsmart, you walk in and it smells like a pet store, they have pretty much anything you'd want for your pet and the pricing is competitive.

If you want pet supplies, this isn't a bad place to go. Huge selection and decent prices abound. Bring your pet with you. Get a new pet in the store from the Humane Society. Find out what kind of pet you even want. lol
