Was nice, not as good as some Holiday Inns, but fairly good.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was small but worked well for our younger children. There were a lot of different options for the free breakfast in the morning, and everything tasted very good.

Rooms are great. But people shouting on 26th Jan 2024 night and seems no one is controlling them. Doesn't even feel safe around here.Scary.

I would definitely recommend this Hotel. Had a room with a balcony to pool area. Nice pool with hot tub. Kids swim til I think 9 or 10 then adults only. Also has game area with pool table air hockey and other games. Does have a continental breakfast. Breakfast could be better like they could serve meat and gravy but better then nothing. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, cold cereal hit cereal. Yogurt, muffins, bagels. Coffee and juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: There's a bowling alley, ymca, roller skating

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There’s multiple youth groups screaming in the hallways, sprinting up and down the halls, and they have rooms that overlook the pool. I’m unfortunate enough to be in one of those rooms and at 1015PM there are kids screaming in the pool, doing cannonballs and being completely obnoxious. I called the front desk to complain and they said they’d quiet down soon. It’s been an hour and nothing has changed. Will never return and hope no one else subjects themselves to this!

Pros: The staff is nice and professional. The woman working the breakfast area was kind, helpful, and apologetic that the hotel doesn't offer a typical plain black tea. At check in the manager moved us to another room when we found we were in the first room off the entryway and there were lots people hanging out in the breakfast area making noise. Our room and bathroom were clean. My favorite part was that there were two pillow choices per person so I was able to sleep on a feather type pillow instead of a flat hard synthetic pillow. Yay! The room darkening blinds are nice too.Cons: The biggest con was that the toilet wouldn't flush. We had to take the lid off and adjust the float for two days. I mentioned this at check out, and to my surprise they knew and had done nothing about it. Apparently they replaced the float mechanisms in all or most of the toilets and they don't properly fit the toilets in the hotel. They know they need to fix them, but offered no apology or price adjustment-- just an acknowledgement that they knew. I guess that is acceptable to them. For me, the only other con is that you'll probably want to skip the free breakfast and pay to eat somewhere else. They have fewer choices than anywhere else I've stayed and what they did serve was subpar. The only warm food was sausage and tasteless, rubbery scrambled eggs, and neither were good. Oh, and their cinnamon rolls that don't taste good after they've been sitting out a while. With a rate over $200 a night, I think it's fair to expect black tea (even Lipton would have been nice), oatmeal, and a waffle machine.Assuming the hotel fixes the toilets SOON and adds more breakfast choices, I would stay here again. I did get a good night's sleep

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was excellent. Had a few hiccups at breakfast due to equipment but that didn’t make my experience any different. The staff made sure all expectations were met. And the pool was by far the cleanest pool I e been to in a long time . Close to all things you may need . Don’t pass up the experience. Don’t settle .

This has always been one of my favorite hotels. It sets back off the Main Street but super close to everything, food, shopping, malls. The staff have always been very professional and polite. Rooms are updated with a mini fridge and microwave in the roomLove the hot tub and big pool, the also have a small game room and pool tableLooking forward to free breakfast in the morning

This was our third stay at this property and it won't be the last! The entire facility is exceptionally well maintained and has been recently remodeled. From the lobby to the bathrooms this place sparkles. The housekeeping staff is superb in their jobs. The bed linens, towels, and carpets all smelled freshly cleaned and were arranged with care. The breakfast area was kept well stocked and hot all the way to closing at 10 AM. WE have family in the Grand Rapids area and when we come to visit this our hotel!

If you want your car broken into... stay here! Woke up in the morning to 4-5 cars having their windows busted out, including ours. Hotel management shrugged and said "park here at your own risk" OK cool, won't be back. 0 cameras for protection.

So my friends and I arrived at the hotel and checked in everything was normal until around 10:30pm. All of us were swimming and then all of a sudden one of the employees busts into the room when the clock changes from 10:29 to 10:30 and kicked everyone out. When it clearly states that adult time is from 10:30pm-12am. Then we went up to the room we were staying in to get showers and the conditioner and the shampoo were empty the day we got there. Then after that we went down to the lobby and the same worker came out and told us that the lobby was quote on quote “closed for the night”. It was only 1am and normally hotel lobby’s are not closed. Then we went back to our room to go to bed and when we uncovered the sheets there was blonde dog hair in the beds and orange chip. Then we almost fell asleep but then we all wanted water but there is no sink so we had to go get ice and water from the hallway. Then as we walked to get ice we saw the same employee and they told us that if we didn’t go back to our room that they were going to call the police. I thought it was ridiculous that my friends and I had to be scared to leave our hotel room.
