I understand that checking in via the app puts you in a certain order… I do that all the time. But when the shop is empty, and you have people standing around not cutting anybody’s hair… Maybe they should take a “walk in” before making them sit down for 10 minutes and not tell them there are three people ahead of them. Very frustrating.

So you over charged me 2 times been trying to call no answer. Like been calling since 7.04 u close at 7pm I asked did you charge me twice cause first time was split payment u said no $20 check my stamens on my way home and you charged me $35 all together so ya I need my money back

As always, they have fantastic service and availability at this particular one is fairly open just as long as you do a check in. They also take walk ins, which can vary in wait time from 10-30 minutes depending on the day. Prices don’t cost you an arm and a leg.

My boyfriend went in there and asked the lady to take 2 inch’s off of his hair and she took about 4 1/2 inches off instead.

Had a very rude stylist. I have a child with special needs and you could feel her irritation in not only her facial expressions, but also her mannerisms and lack of even a hello. Will not be returning to this location ever.
