Custom ordered a Neo trailer from this shop. From beginning to end it was a fantastic experience..
Special thanks to my salesman Lance for answering all my emailed questions within an hour. He made the special order process a breeze.
And also would like to give a shoutout to Rick who finished my sales details when I picked up the trailer. Very nice guy and explained everything very thoroughly.
As a side note, the quality on the Neo trailer is fantastic compared to other manufactures I looked at.
5 stars all day, would never hesitate to order from them again.

The work met expectation, however they did push for a great experience. I brought in a trailer that had lost a wheel bearing. They did very little to clean up after the repair. I also found old pieces of the hub left on the fender. The staff was not friendly either. I felt like I was an inconvenience. I am sure it was not their intention to project that but they did.

If you want a hack job and want to be charged full price. These are your guys.
Sure let’s mount the weatherproof junction box where water can get in and let’s leave wires hanging.
Do not recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Excellent trailer dealer!! I was out the door in about 20 minutes with a brand new 4x6 trailer and had a great experience dealing with Bruce Bouwens, who was a huge help! He was able to answer all of our questions and really seemed to know his stuff. Highly recommend this place!!
