Local store staff are great but be aware corporate will find a way to mess up your repair process. I brought a computer to them over a year and a half ago and still haven’t gotten it back. They say they are attempting to find a replacement, after breaking it more than it was, but have not made any progress in over a year. Corporate also refuses to answer any calls.

If you have ad blockers on that don't allow their trackers on their site they redirect you down a rabbit hole of pop ups to make it seem like you're computer is compromised if your old and don't understand what just happened. Not cool guys. Flashing red banners and McAfee site links with redirects. Whack.

Was visiting Michigan when my cell phone crapped out. Called CPR Cell phone repair and spoke with Sarah, who stated that they could have my phone battery replaced within an hour. I arrived and dropped my phone off with Sarah and the technician, Robert, who both were very professional. Sure enough, I picked my IPhone 8 up within the hour-fully functional. I also inquired about having my laptop repaired but since I was leaving the next day to head back to Florida there wasn’t enough time for them to run a diagnostic on it and also replace the battery (which had to be ordered). Very pleased with the service, pricing, and professionalism. Highly recommend this store for your cell phone and PC repairs.

I came in and asked them if they could put a screen protector on my Apple Watch… Once the screen protector was shipped I brought in my Apple Watch. The guys at Cell Phone Repair in Grandville put the screen protector on in 5 mins with no bubbles or scratches! They set my Apple Watch with an Accessory Bundle and a Genius Lifetime Warranty on my screen protector. Great group of guys and galls who knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them if you need a phone, iPad, or watch to get the job done right!!! :)
